1. They don't do body repairs. They will offer to paint with a transition, because they will not get into the color. But even so, you'll see the difference.
2. Carefully inspect and record everything when handing over and receiving cars, because they will damage the whole and will deny their involvement in every possible way.
3. They will lose your details.

In detail:
I was restoring a car after a front impact. Provided a brand new hood and fenders from a BMW dealer for painting, as well as new optics priced at $2,000 each. Paint only at the joint. Of course, they didn't get into the color. The price of painting 1200 $ is comparable to the price in the auto idea (1600 $), despite the fact that you do not even need to remove the old paint and varnish, because they are not there. After painting, it turned out that during the installation of the bumper, they scratched the new optics. There was a trace of chipped paint on the bumper from the side of the scratches. Although they will claim that this cannot be, they will lie to protect themselves because they have to accept $2,000 in damages. I polished and pasted it for my own money. Polishing naturally did not return the perfect condition. After some time of my indignation about the color of the paint, they agreed to fix it. For more than 40 days, the paint was picked up at the joint. And they picked it up. But they decided that they would make a transition on the wings with this paint, which I did not know. Naturally, this did not change anything in the perception of color. They laughed at my comment that I thought they would fix all the damaged parts. This is the second case when they are not ready to bear losses for their mistakes. By comparison, in Poland they repainted and got into color from the second time. That's when it's considered a done job. When I picked up the car for the second time, I noticed white smudges and spots on the optics. When they worked the second time, they again did not protect the elements they had not worked with in any way. Technically, things are not going smoothly either. Errors on the front had to be fixed in the auto idea.

The hood and 2 wings for the primary color become used for repainting: -vibe
Repainting of the wrong color: - 1600$
Scratched new optics 1 piece: -2050$
Headlight polishing: -150r
Lost elements from the bumper: -1000$
