I want to share my impressions about visiting the Jazz Quarter in Almaty. This place left me with only positive emotions!
The atmosphere here is simply amazing: cozy cafes, stylish bars and live music create a unique feeling of harmony and peace. I want to come back here again and again to enjoy this magical place.
I would also like to note the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The service was at the highest level, and the atmosphere of hospitality added coziness and comfort.
The jazz quarter in Almaty is not just a place to spend time, it is a real corner of art and culture. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful place!

The Jazz residential complex is conveniently located relative to the transport hub - a metro station and public transport stops are available within a five-minute walk. There is a small shopping mall across the street. Otherwise, the infrastructure is not rich in choice, but a couple of small shops, more or less acceptable cafes and other establishments can be found within walking distance. Inside the residential complex there is a well-landscaped playground, a sports ground with horizontal bars and a football field. The entrance to the courtyard of the complex is closed for cars. The architecture of the LCD itself is modern and looks good. There is an underground parking in the residential complex. The quality of finishing for residential facilities of the "comfort/comfort+" level in houses in public areas of 4+. The quality of the materials used for interior decoration is good, but there are small comments on the quality of the work performed. For example, on stairwells, the screed has already broken off in places due to the saving of cement or the broken technology of preparing the screed solution. But there are more comments on the quality of the facades of houses. If you look at the finishes more closely, you will notice that in some places the facade panels are installed unevenly or there are cracks between them that should not be there, and somewhere the panels are already cracked or have chips. As in most modern frame houses, the audibility is quite high. Another disadvantage is the fact that from morning to evening it is very noisy in the yard due to the large number of children, which is not a big problem if you are used to living with closed windows))))

I like this residential complex. The main entrance is beautiful and wide. The complex itself is calm and cozy. The location is excellent, Satpayev Street was immediately transformed in this part. I made several apartments based on furniture from the designer.

Wonderful LCD! The location is convenient, near the Sairan metro station on Abaya Street and also near the Diggermen cafe where you can eat. Access to the LCD is only through a gate with a key, inside the territory of the LCD is clean.Also, inside the residential complex there are Parking lots for bicycles near the entrances, security, video surveillance.I really liked the LCD, I rented an apartment here when I was on vacation.

But many people were not lucky with repairs, after looking at how people redo electrics in their apartments, many questions arise both to the builders and to the customers themselves. Don't people really understand that the edectric part of the apartment is one of the most important topics when repairing an apartment, but here I saw that people prefer expensive and imported tiles or marble, but are happy to buy cheap Chinese electric cables, and trusting their laying to people who are very far from knowing about their laying and even more so their characteristics, I would like to wish you good luck. Take care of yourself and your neighbors, because everyone there lives side by side with each other and often does not understand that by making a low-quality electrical part they risk their lives as well as the lives of neighbors, who in turn may have approached this issue more deliberately.
