Everything is just great! The sea is gorgeous with corals and beautiful fish, the service is very cool, the staff tries very hard, fulfills requests instantly, the Chocolato animator, I really liked the food, fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, variety every day!) The quality is 5*!

Quite a decent hotel. A large, green area. The cuisine (buffet) is varied. The only disadvantage of the Ala carte Italian restaurant was not at all pleased, we visited it with friends from Italy. The large pools are cleaned regularly, there are enough sun beds by the pool and on the beach by the sea for everyone. They were in the middle of July 2024. I recommend. The price and quality correspond.

What did you like:
- cleanliness in the rooms, on the territory and in all areas. Everything is fresh, beautiful, the eye is happy
- several restaurants, bars, snack points - there is always something to eat and drink.
- the food is delicious, although not very diverse. There are fried and steamed, desserts and fruits, ice cream. There are seafood and fish. Often delicious beef stew
- cocktails are made no worse than in establishments in the city (sometimes even better). Nothing super unique, but a couple of syrups, ice, fruits / berries and alcohol will be mixed for you and it will be delicious
-there is a beach and a swimming area. A rare virtue for a separation in Charm
- there is a dead reef next to the hotel, but if you sail 500 meters to the left or right, you can see all the beauty of the Red Sea
-a fairly active and varied program all day, from 10.30 to 23.00
- VERY attentive staff, who really quickly fulfill your requests and solve problems
What didn't you like:
- The Internet. Not only is it not in most of the rooms, but it also works on the territory with regular outages. He worked steadily only on the lobby.
- Music at the evening disco. Monotonous, old (2000e), so also the DJ brings her like at school - jerky, torn. Well, a quick sample of tracks is a separate pain. During the day, decent trance, techno, and club music plays at the bars - I had to hang out there until 6 pm.
In general, the hotel is interesting if you are not bothered by bad music and the issue with the Internet has been resolved.
Otherwise, it is beautiful :)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We took a family room - these are detached villas - new, with excellent repair. The rooms with sea views are slightly tired - if you compare - the villas are better. The food is not bad - two main restaurants, delicious food in the a la carte restaurant. The beach is comfortable. If you swim to the left of the beach, there are very beautiful coral reefs. We took individual excursions to Mount Sinai and Ras Mohammed Nature Reserve with Guide Ahmed and were very satisfied! I especially liked snorkeling - much better than diving from a boat in a crowd of people. Ahmed showed us places almost free of tourists with magnificent panoramas and wonderful snorkeling. Overall, I really liked the hotel for the location and quality of the family rooms! The staff is very polite, the room is cleaned every day, our regular cleaner Mohammed Gemel was very helpful, made different figures out of towels, beach towels and bags for them are given directly to the room. Among the wishes, I would like a greater variety of menus.

A decent hotel for your money, not a suite, but it's quite good. A dive center with experienced and adequate divers, a good and affordable home reef, a fairly spacious beach. The restaurant has normal food, but no frills. If there is a small tip, very good and attentive service in the main restaurant and maintaining cleanliness in the room. Clean, on site and in the rooms. There is a gym with the necessary minimum of equipment, air-conditioned.

An excellent 4* hotel, will give odds to many 5th graders. We chose the hotel according to the principle that it was not far from the airport and with a convenient access to the sea, because not everyone can swim.
Of the main disadvantages (by a stretch), the location of the room stock can be noted, in particular, the Family rooms are far from the sea... There is an electric car, but it is used, as I understand it, only for people with disabilities.
I liked everything, if someone goes for the first time, then I definitely recommend it, you will be satisfied.

I had a rest in December 2023, I liked all the food, service, at the first call, the boy room eliminated all the defects, the animation was both in the afternoon and in the evening. And most importantly, the reef and the bay are windless, there was enough space and sun loungers on the beach. There will be an opportunity, I will definitely come back. The only "-" staff practically does not speak Russian, but this is not a problem, if you speak at least a little English, then you can explain yourself.

We were well fed. Always fresh dishes. Variety - new dishes on the menu every day!
There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. However, the SEA and the REEF compensate for these inconveniences. The rooms are clean. Daily cleaning! The guys are trying to ensure the comfort of living in the rooms. There is a children's club, a playground.
If possible, you can confidently go and relax.

A very nice hotel. Everything is cleaned and well maintained on the territory. The staff is very kind and friendly. Of the cons - there is no toilet near the sea, they clean the rooms only for tips (for a very long time they could not understand why they did not clean the room)! There is a beach on the territory of the hotel, where there is a sooooo beautiful reef! I recommend everyone to swim behind the buoys there is much more beautiful. There's nothing to do there without a mask and a tube +!!!!!! Among the advantages - very tasty food, a gorgeous varied program and people of absolutely all ages will find something to their liking! I rested there for 10 days, but even in this short period I managed to get to know all the staff. There are several pools with different depths and temperatures, billiards, many bars, a playground, a restaurant NOT included in the price and an amphitheater where events are held in the evening. This hotel has been visited twice. The staff is very responsive, they respond to any requests immediately, they always smiled when greeting you. The rooms are clean, not brand new, but everything works. We lived in an improved room. The food is without frills, but you can always choose what you like. The location of the hotel is excellent, the bay is windless. The territory is small, but very well maintained and beautiful. The service in the bars is excellent. The sea is magnificent, a beautiful reef, a lot of marine life. I like everything. Two adults were resting.

I rate the hotel 4 exclusively for the sea and the smiling staff.
The food is monotonous and most of the food is tasteless.
Room cleaning is purely symbolic.
The beach is very small, the umbrellas are uncomfortable, it is very difficult to find shade during the day.
The hotel itself is very elongated and if you are a trifle in rooms far from the sea, then you have to take quite long walks.
The descent to the beach is inconvenient, there is no toilet on the beach.
There is no animation.

We did not regret staying at this hotel for a week. There is everything you need for a good rest: two buffet restaurants with an extensive selection of dishes, comfortable rooms, a small sandy beach (I do not advise people who have problems with ascents and descents to choose, because to go down to the beach, you need to walk either up the stairs or down a gentle descent), turquoise sea with coral reefs and a diving center. One of the disadvantages for me personally is not very developed animation for teenagers, but for younger children there is a wonderful mini club, and for adults active classes such as yoga, volleyball and aqua aerobics.

The choice of food is decent, for those who eat meat and fish, for vegetarians it is scarce. A beautiful reef is not far from the shore, the beach is sandy, but small, it is difficult to find a free chaise longue and everything is cramped. The dates of the trip fell at the beginning of the New Year holidays, on January 1 it rained heavily and hail, flooded the streets, roofs leaked in the rooms, the lights went out, respectively, there was no water (no). I was struck by the hotel administration, which did not do ANYTHING, neither notifying guests about the elements, did not organize hot drinks and blankets, the administration simply raised their voices at the requests of women, this concerns respect for women in the hotel. The most important thing here is that there is no support from the administration, no one will solve your problems, they can only for tips))) Using this example, you can understand that in the event of an emergency, you will solve your problems on your own, get ready to light bonfires to warm up))) If you do not take this situation into account: the beach is good, but if you need a bathroom, please go upstairs, there is no bathroom on the beach; the food is normal, without frills, but there is a choice, New Year's dinner is above praise; alcoholic drinks are better not to drink, buy with you; the staff wants money for everything, they did not put one a day tip for the bed, we got a piece of hair in the middle of the room (and not ours), not only that after a couple of cleanups for a tip in the form of a dollar, it quickly began to be missed and cleaning became out of the ordinary ...; the territory is very clean and well-groomed; no animation, but very actively animators sell outdoor discos and so on; the reception desk - you will be lucky if you are understood, and the staff has obvious problems with English, it is impossible to understand what they say. I would also like to draw attention to the representatives of the anex tour at the hotel. 2 hours of wasted time at a meeting with a representative, divorce on a trip to tridoroga, deception, boorish attitude, raises your voice if you refuse to buy at least one tour. In general, the money spent is not worth it, exactly half of it would not go anywhere else.
