Excellent hotel, large territory, many pools and several locations of slides (water park), large comfortable rooms, cleaning every day, varied meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), always a choice of several types of both meat and fish dishes, delicious white and red wine! I especially want to mention the animation - funny guys, there are many different activities throughout the day, both for children and adults, evening programs are also diverse and 3 places to choose from (live music, incendiary parties)! And the sand discos will be in my memory for a long time! The sea is ideal and safe for children, for adults you can walk to the reef. I recommend it!

For the first time we went on vacation for the New Year, because of the difficult situation, there are not many options for a vacation for adequate money! Initially, we chose a hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, it is warmer there, but charters stopped flying there and the travel agent offered a replacement for the Jaz Aquamarine hotel in Hurghada. I had to pay extra and go!
The hotel belongs to a German chain, which is good news, so the quality level should be appropriate.
It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport, taking into account check-in from other hotels. Jaz is located in a remote area, there is not much place to walk nearby, but it was not important for us.
The hotel looks great from the very entrance, it is made in an oriental style. As soon as we got off the bus, we were greeted by palm trees and a fountain, and the reception is just wonderful, only sofas and chandeliers are worth something... It felt like we were not in Egypt, but somewhere on a distant Asian island and the smell is very cool.
I must say that our flight was delayed and we arrived around 0:30, but we were immediately sent to a late dinner, where we tasted 3 types of meat and some rice. Not bad for a start, as it seemed to us. Then they immediately put on bracelets and sent us to our room. In building A, close to the reception. What I immediately noticed was the huge amount of greenery on the territory and in general its area is huge, then we found out that there is another second hotel and its territory, which can also be used.
Room: very spacious, right very for two! There is everything you need for life, if you don't find fault! The bed is very big and soft! The bathroom is my personal like! Huge! Beach towels are already in the bag right away! Tea set and 1.5 bottle of water
(replenished every day) there is! Huge balcony with beautiful furniture! Well, now there are disadvantages, since we were vacationing in winter, the weather was not always good, sometimes very windy, which made it cold in the room, and there were tiles on the floor, which is not very comfortable. Perhaps with the presence of slippers and bathrobes it would be better, but they are not. The air conditioner for heating does not work very well either. The blankets are too thin! In general, you will not freeze at all, but it is not very comfortable because of this in the room. The mini bar is paid, the amount is large and absurd for the products that are there. The bed linen has holes in some places! It's cold in the bathroom, the water in the shower takes a very long time to heat up. There is no sound insulation between the bathroom and the bathroom. The safe didn't work. Wi-Fi is good at night and early in the morning, then it lies down.
The territory is huge, at first glance, and green, but if you look closely, most of it is occupied by swimming pools, by the way, heated only 2 large and 2 with a water park. The rest are cold, but there are not very many people and there is enough space. In season, I think it's not very cool there! But the landscaping of the territory just conquered me, the gardener is just a bomb!
The beach: the main disadvantage of this hotel! There is no sea there, the water is very shallow, and it would seem that put a pantone and everything is super, but somehow it didn't work out for the guys! To go to a depth of 700-800 meters and the water is a little cold. There is a lagoon nearby, it is not warmer there because of the wind. It's straight penetrating, not very pleasant! The deck chairs do not correspond to the class of the hotel at all, they are very uncomfortable and flimsy. On the beach and not only there they constantly offer something, then a yacht trip, then a camel ride, then a beauty salon, in general, welcome to the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory! You're in Egypt, baby!!!
Nutrition: it seems to me that the most important thing for a winter holiday! Probably for Egypt, the food in this hotel is a bomb, if we do not take hotels of world chains, but comparing even with Turkey, the food is certainly inferior. Once upon a time, you don't have to, once it's delicious meat, once it's not. Fish very rarely turns out well. Fruits and vegetables are gorgeous! I'm full of rice forever! Sweets are a bit strange! Alcohol is my personal pain, of course you can drink, but as they say, be careful!
The contingent of vacationers is mainly German families and it's not 4-5 people, but 7 or more and all with small children! The noise is great from this! There are almost no locals, there are many French, 4-5 Russian families.
The staff is very helpful, but too annoying, maybe we're just so lucky, I don't know!
Bottom line: the hotel is not bad to visit in winter, but definitely not in season. On the one hand, everything is gorgeous, but there are also a significant number of disadvantages. For myself, I decided that it can only be taken at a very good discount price, it does not pull at full cost. The impressions are twofold, because there are no ideal hotels!

A good hotel, attentive staff, active animators. But the food is not very good, there is a lot of it, but it cannot be said that it is all delicious. Very large and beautiful territory, lots of greenery, pools and bars.
