Charm's favorite hotel. The service is excellent. The only disadvantage is the lack of its own colorful reef, but if you are not lazy and reach the neighbors, then everything is fine- there are many piers with reefs.

We were in this hotel for the first time, very cool
The most important, cool and memorable were the animators, great respect and thanks to the guys for such work, the girls just flew away
They lifted the mood , made fun , danced , everything was great.
5 stars for the animators , if there was an opportunity to put 100 , I would !!!!!

We were in December. The hotel is a solid 4* . The territory is compact and well maintained. Lots of grass, flowers and palm trees. The rooms are spacious, not old, cleaned like everywhere else in Egypt, but generally clean. The staff is very responsive, polite, they try to make vacationers feel comfortable. The restaurant has a large selection of various dishes, everything is fresh and delicious. Lots of vegetables, there was always seafood. Melon, orange, grapefruit, victoria, pineapples were given from fruits.Cocktails are made in bars, strong drinks are poured without problems. The beach is large and sandy. The entrance to the sea is gentle, there is a pontoon. There is no live reef, we went to a nearby hotel, a 10-minute walk, there is a good reef and a lot of wildlife. There were plenty of sun beds for everyone, and there were also portable barriers to protect against the wind. The breeze was strong at times, the water in the sea was warm, but it was cool to go out. We took an excursion to Luxor. An interesting, rich program, I liked it.we flew by plane - everything is clear and fast. Many thanks to all the employees of this hotel for a good rest.

Just returned from vacation, everything is great!!! Respect to the chefs (they cook delicious, there is a huge variety of food, they will feed anyone "Fastidious") and of course to the Animators (especially Katyusha), they "made" our vacation.
I already want to go back.

We had a rest in April 2023 . I liked the hotel.The staff is friendly and helpful. Every day the room was cleaned, new towels were changed. I didn't like the food. Everything is tasteless . There is a bus to the sea, but we didn't walk far for 7 minutes. The beach is clean, constantly cleaned.Entertainment programs in the evening .

We had a rest in August, just returned! We were extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. Disrespectful attitude of the staff, dirty rooms, washed towels.
The disgusting attitude of the bartenders , there was no ice all the time, they could not make elementary cocktails, there was never anything mint, sugar, or lime . Horror..
This is not a five, but a tight three! I do not recommend it, especially with children, because the child was poisoned there, to visit this hotel.

We visited this hotel on October 16, 2021, for the first time. The hotel is located in the Nabka district. Soho is nearby, there is a place to walk. The old town, we took a taxi from the hotel, the drivers are very attentive, the cars are well maintained, everything is decent. I liked the hotel itself, the food is the sea, there are no corals in this hotel. The beach is well maintained. It is very good to relax with children, the entrance is good to the sea. The food is very tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the tables with napkins on them, and it's not possible to touch them, they're sticky, it would be better if they didn't exist at all. These are small things, of course, but they are 5 stars. There is also a kite school and Antonio's teacher, the other one does not explain well.

We were at the end of November So: the territory is small, but well maintained, I would say landscape design. Children will not sit in the water, almost all over the coastal area. There were no beds to occupy, there were free ones. The pool is large and very cold, the children's pool is small, but very warm, the children did not get out of there. The food is scarce. The one that is given out is given out very dosed, you stand forever, and you beg for more. The rooms are cleaned every day, and very high quality. Animation is only for children, and modest, aramzamzam in a round dance. There is a playground, but after 5 p.m. it is almost dark and the playground is not illuminated.
