Great hotel! The territory is sooooo well-groomed, clean, green! Very polite and helpful staff, kind, responsive, ready to solve any question and request. The bed linen was changed 2 times in 6 days!!! The cleaning was daily, high-quality, although we always left tips and a chocolate bar, and tried maybe that's why, but not the point))). The food is generally good, although the choice is small, but you will not stay hungry either. It was a little weak with fruits - apples, grapes, dates, melon and a couple of times they gave a PORTION of mango. The drinks are of average quality, but this was expected, they had no illusions). The beach is sandy, the approach is smooth, even let's say it is slow)), special shoes are not required in principle, but it is more convenient, because there is a fossil near the shore, which is sharp in places. And in the morning there is a low tide, after lunch the water rises. There is no familiar fauna, perhaps further down at depth, we did not dare to swim. The beach is perfectly equipped, the sun beds are clean, in large quantities, cleaned several times a day, so it was very clean and comfortable to sunbathe!!! I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family - definitely yes! I'll come by myself - maybe)

We stayed at this hotel from 30.08 to 11.09.24. We were in Egypt for the first time.A very good hotel, the landscaping is chic, clean, well done, they keep an eye on everything. The rooms, as everyone wrote earlier, are sooo tired and in need of repair. The cleaning boys are certainly trying.but as the dust was on the sides, so it remained there (the tip did not change the situation), only the towels were beautifully laid, and then we are not sure that they were clean)).But we arrived on vacation, so we tried not to pay attention to all the minor flaws.The sea is gorgeous.Of course, the reefs are not so rich in a variety of fish, but we had enough to enjoy.Even my grumpy husband was pleased.
The food was varied and there were a lot of fruits and sweets, but at the end of the vacation I already wanted homemade borscht or a salt pan. Of course, they tried to cook borscht, but it would be better not to try, comrades, this is not yours))).
The hotel is designed for an English-speaking contingent, they will not run away to the Russians, first of all they will be served, be ready for this.
The animators did well to entertain as much as they could. We were looking for a quiet vacation and got it, without explosive music from morning to evening.
Personally, we had a good rest.I recommend this hotel for a quiet measured rest.

Good evening! I'm currently staying at this hotel.
Of the advantages:
1. Excellent sandy beach, you can go into the water directly from it, or from a pontoon, the pontoon is short, very convenient
2. The food is great, there is a variety, there is a grill every day outside, everything is delicious
3. Nice big green area, beautiful, there is a place to walk and take photos
4. Superior garden view room is spacious and clean (I indicated the 3rd floor in my request, and they gave it to me)
One of the disadvantages for me personally:
1. There is no disco in the evening. Children's animation until 22 o'clock, then everyone goes to sleep (( We could turn on the music at least until 23 o'clock, it's clear that there are people who want to dance
2. There is a heated pool, but it is poorly heated
3. There is no bathrobe, slippers, or toothbrush in the room.
For the above disadvantages, I take off the star. The hotel is fully suitable for relaxing quality holidays or holidays with children. If you need a party, it's not here.

We had a vacation with a friend from July 30 to August 10. I liked it very much. I'll try in order:
the rooms are spacious enough, the furniture is good, very clean. No broken toilets or a non-working shower. The plumbing is decent, all in working order. For a fiver.
Restaurants: very, very tasty food. There is nothing to complain about. The assortment was maintained, and fish and meat with chicken and vegetables and pasta and rice. For every taste. We got on one Sunday, or rather on Sunday dinner - fire! I can't tell you how delicious and varied everything was. A day later, there was mutton for dinner, I didn't eat it so juicy. Thanks!
Pool: to be honest, I've been there twice. If there is a sea 50 meters away, I did not want to go to the pool.
Plage: the first place in many years where you didn't have to go and take sun beds. There are plenty and even an abundance of sun beds. Going into the sea on the sand, it's very pleasant, you don't break your legs. Sneakers were not useful for walking on corals. The cleanliness is perfect! The young man looking after the beach (I don't know the name) is a great fellow. He looks after the order himself, there is not a single piece of paper on the sand, he chases the guys, they pick up every cigarette butt from him and take it to the tanks. For a fiver.
Animation: I was once at an event with the big name AQUA JIM. 25 minutes of a sluggish event is not even for pensioners, but for the disabled on .... (further, a capacious obscene word). She got upset and didn't go anymore. However, later I witnessed how it was conducted for Italians who stopped by in August - so this is heaven and earth. As for white people! That was not pleasant.

But there is one thing...The hotel, at least not in August, is full of Russians. And there is NO Russian flag on the flagpole at the hotel!!! Question to the administration: with such cash flows from Russians, how can this be???

It was my first trip to Egypt -I chose from three hotels Jaz Belvedere-it was a great time❤❤❤❤️Everything is great, the hotel itself, all the staff, high-quality and delicious food, there are steamed dishes-I do not agree with the reviews written earlier that the choice is not great, well, honestly, the choice is good, the barbecue area-what kind of beef, shrimp, fish are cooked there is simply gorgeous-noble breakfasts for every taste honey, fruit jam, everything is fine-it's just that some comrades, out of their vast greed, pick fruits for themselves in large quantities without thinking about others!Alcoholic beverages are not bad-everyone wants better, well, this is for a fee-I personally am happy with everything and what kind of staff, animators are great 🥰 I will definitely come again -Thanks to all the hotel staff for the warm welcome and comfort🙏

The first time we were in Egypt, we really liked the Jaz Belvedere hotel. We rested from 23.03-30.04, it was fresh with the accompaniment of strong winds.
A large territory with a gorgeous garden, its own sandy, smooth beach, there is a pontoon milking the entrance immediately to the depth. The reefs near the pontoon are small, but there are fish)
The rooms are good, cleaned daily, put in perfect order. The room has a beach bag and towels (no deposit), which are changed daily. Excellent sound insulation, no one can hear anything. The rooms are quiet.
The entertainment program is weak.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yacht excursions and diving trips are sold on the beach - I recommend it
The food is monotonous, but very tasty, you will not stay hungry. Seafood, pasta, fruits every day.
The cafe near the pool serves fries, burgers, sandwiches, pizza. Ice cream is on schedule.
They make cool cocktails.
There is a minimarket near the hotel, the prices are expensive. If you walk 500 meters to the right from the hotel there will be a shop with very cheap prices.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel is very weak, it always cuts off and does not load.
The hotel has an ATM, I was withdrawing pounds from a Russian union pay card. You can call a taxi at the reception, the price is more expensive than if you catch a car yourself, $ 24 to the old town and back.

We were here on November 19, 2024. I really liked the hotel!!we are vacationing in Egypt for the fourth time, there is something to compare it with.
About the hotel:the territory is very green, there are many different bushes, flowers, large palm trees, fountains with bridges.Before their Christmas, everything was beautifully decorated with lights, shining figures, and a gorgeous Christmas tree.
About nutrition: delicious, there is a variety, steamed every day (rice, fish, beef). Porridge of 3-4 types every morning, vegetables, fruits in abundance. Grilled on the street, often crabs, fish, lula and chicken were fried there, we had shrimp on the grill 1 time in 10 days and of course we did not miss the moment)) we got drunk on beer, The beer is delicious, they pour different wines, one liked it very much, not sour. There is a snack bar by the pool, you can have a delicious burger, various drinks, fries, ice cream, fruits.
Beach:I liked the beach very much, they probably had sun beds with a reserve, there were always places. Go into the water closer to the pier, the depth starts faster there, I liked the sand at the bottom is white, the water from it is like turquoise, transparent. It is better to enter the coral, first the fossils then the sand. There are fish, there is no reef itself, there are petrified islands where the fish feed. The hotel united different peoples, Russians, Germans, Poles, Ukrainians, Italy, Brazil, France, in general, everyone lived nearby without any disagreements. Everyone was polite to each other.

A great place to relax. We were here on 03/23/03/2024. Responsive and competent staff. Our room was not ready at the appointed time, but it was quickly settled and provided us with an improved room with a sea view.
It was my birthday and I was congratulated by the staff with a cake. A variety of food, attentive chefs and waiters. Any excursion or dive can be booked on the beach. If you are diving for the first time, you don't have to worry, you will be taught everything right in the pool on site. There is a volleyball court, a bar and a toilet on the beach. The animators are pleasant and friendly, not annoying. Every evening there is a different program, they take you to parties outside the hotel. If you like a relaxing holiday, then you will definitely like it here. It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Cleaning every day.

This is one of the best hotels in its segment, the rooms have everything you need and even hot water when fully filled, the staff is friendly, the territory is clean, the food is solid 5, alcohol is so-so. Animation was present.

There are a lot of warm-ups on the beach. The disco was only on Friday. There are games on the beach. There are not enough benches on the territory along the paths to sit in the evening. Poor WiFi speed, I want the wifi to be also on the beach and near the pool, it is better to buy a local SIM card. The pools are cleaned every evening. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but in my opinion there is little choice, it does not pull for 5 *. I didn't like the pillows and the blanket in the room, and I had a headache after them. Cocktails and alcohol of good quality, bait the bartender with tips and there will be even better cocktails, and sometimes out of turn.

Old furniture, poor-quality cleaning causes disgust. If I had known right away that the rooms were like this, I would not have chosen this hotel. I flew in October 2024 - I liked everything. The food is of high quality, for my taste it is quite diverse, bartenders do not drink alcohol in cocktails, room cleaning is daily and without tips. The reefs off the coast are dead, but there are plenty of animals to look at anyway. The shore is very shallow, but it is saved by a pier from which you can dive. For us (a family with two preschoolers), the hotel was almost perfect. Beautiful, stylish, with a well-maintained territory. It is very pleasant just to admire the sea from the terrace or balcony. There are no complaints about the rooms (good water pressure in the shower, at the beginning the air conditioner worked poorly, but after our complaint it was immediately corrected). We were also 100% satisfied with the food (there was always beef and chicken for lunch and dinner, an excellent grill area outside; the side dish was always rice (delicious), pasta, French fries, potatoes (tasteless, mashed powder); good obscene sweets, pastries. There are not a lot of vegetables/fruits, but there were always apples, grapes, bananas, melon, dates, there were often guava and figs; a couple of times there was mango, but there was a queue behind it. From vegetables, you could always find tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, greens, olives, a lot of zucchini and eggplant in different forms). I can't say anything about alcohol. The children's menu is average, but the children liked "hamburgers" (beef patties) and chicken nuggets. The sea is excellent, clean, beautiful. There is sand on the beach, the beach is well looked after. The bottom at the entrance to the sea is not quite sandy, the first 2 meters there are many remnants of corals, stones, but there is a pontoon nearby, it was great to enter from it. Of course, the hotel has few reefs, but it was enough for us, we hung out there with masks every day, we saw clownfish with anemones, and various colored butterfly fish, and winglets, and whistle fish. We went to the tennis court a couple of times (you can rent rackets for free at the hotel). The gym is not bad, there are free weights, a pair of cardio equipment. There is a children's room for children from 4 years old, open from 10 to 12.30 and from 15 to 17.
Among the disadvantages: a TV with cartoons in the dining room in the children's corner. Many children are eating in front of him. Our children tried to throw something into themselves quickly in order to run and watch cartoons. On the one hand, it is convenient, on the other hand, it is unlikely that you will get a vacation without a TV and cartoons. Also, the kids' club includes a TV / cartoons, they often engage in some activities with children against the background of cartoons.

It reached up to half a million rubles.In November, we saw that there was a discount for January, and we decided to pay 2 children + a child (4 years old) 285 thousand rubles for 10 nights. But a week before the flight, IT STARTED. We were supposed to fly 4 families, but 3 cancelled the reservation. Since we already had the voucher in our hands, it was clear that only our family was flying. We flew in anticipation of a great, unforgettable vacation, but it turned out what happened. About this in order.
We were checked in a little before 14.00, no extra charge.fees. They gave me a family room. It's not a luxury number like in the photo, it's a regular one.
cleaning. We asked for cleaning to be done every 2 days (floor + dust). The cleaner seemed wonderful to us at first glance. If you arrive half an hour later, you won't see the soup... we even had a laugh with a woman from England - the soup is vegetable, but where are the vegetables? There was just something floating on the bottom, an incomprehensible substance, slop. There are all kinds of products, but chefs don't know how to cook at all. In the morning, when they cook an icing or an omelet, all appetite is discouraged. Everything is dirty, unsanitary... The omelet is constantly confused... it came across spicy, although you speak without pepper....The child practically did not eat for the entire 10 days, only in the snack bar or whatever they bought separately. The shrimps are unpeeled, you start peeling everything, it gets smeared, you won't eat it. In general, there is no variety, no taste. We have been to many hotels in EGYPT, there is something to compare it with.
water. Don't drink the water!!! The water is brought in glass bottles, open, chipped, as if it were taken from the tap. In plastic surgery, they said only for the extra.payment. It's just crazy. The hotel positions itself as a HIGH-level hotel, it cannot provide water in plastic, closed!!! PURE DARKNESS!

They are very cunning, because we refused all the extras, they decided to "punish" us like that.

I was very pleasantly impressed. The staff tries to please and create comfort. The hotel is clean, even the public toilet. The bed linen was changed every day. The reef is not great, but there are many beautiful fish swimming everywhere. The territory is well maintained, everything is green and in flowers, the food is wonderful: fruits: plums, dates, apples, grapes, bananas, pineapple, melon, watermelon, peaches, orange, grapefruit. The pastries are very tasty all over: starting from tortillas, bread and ending with cakes. The coffee is great, the lobby has just a super delicious cappuccino! Alcohol: canned stella beer, decent local wine, strong whiskey, gin, tequila, vodka, rum-all imported, there is really no champagne. Meat is different: turkey, lamb, beef, chicken. Fish in the assortment, even tuna was baked whole, there were fish days: shrimp, octopus, mussels, and rolls. The grill is always open outside: vegetables, chicken, sometimes steaks. The pasta for lunch and dinner is amazing. Omelets and pancakes in the morning. The pools are clean, the sun beds are not very comfortable, but there are enough of them, towels are changed on request and quickly. Ice cream is packaged and soft. There is a restaurant with a fast food menu: burgers, hot dogs, pizza, potatoes, nuggets, everything is super tasty. Cola, fanta, etc. are not diluted, juices can be diluted. We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in April. This is not the first time in Egypt, but I have never seen SUCH a sea on the territory of the hotel! The beauty is indescribable! All shades of blue plus mountain views. The beach is sandy and clean. Sun loungers are always available, regardless of the fullness of the hotel. Durable, good. A pantone from which you can see the fish even when you just walk on it! Nearby there are corals and a bunch of colorful animals. No excursions are necessary! We swam in masks 4 times a day and looked at this beauty. In general, we went to the sea and we got it in full!
The hotel itself is very well located. There are no hotels on both sides, only paid beaches for those who came to Egypt to a hotel with a swimming pool. So no one interferes, no one interrupts the music.
The hotel is not particularly big, but this is a big plus, since there is no human. People in moderation. Two pools, which are quite enough for everyone.
The rooms are located away from the reception area (ours at least). It is very convenient, peace and quiet. The rooms are large and clean. The balcony is also large. View of the garden and the sea. Just a dream!
We didn't really like the food. We went to Jazz in Hurghada, where the choice is more diverse, of course, but that's if you only find fault. In fact, there are seafood, and a barbecue, flatbreads are just magical, deep-fried eggplant and much more. The snack bar serves awesome burgers! The cutlet is juicy and large. Be sure to try it. Only they have a strange mode of operation. Food is served from 12.30 and lunch starts at the same time. What's the point. There is nothing to eat from breakfast to lunch at all, so at least take fruit for children.
Russians are treated well, but first of all they serve Poles, Germans, British, etc. And this is regardless of how much tip you give them. So don't get too excited.
They are poured for 24 hours. The beer is very tasty, oddly enough. Local alcohol can be selected according to taste. You can drink. My husband was surprised that they could even be slapped))) Not everyone can make cocktails there. We need to catch our bartender)))

There is a shop with fixed prices not far from the hotel! It's MUCH cheaper there than in the hotel store. The difference is 3 times. There is also a pharmacy there. The prices are also amazing. The food is normal, the cuisine is delicious and this is the only plus. Alcohol is bullshit, every night there are performances that are depressing, at a children's camp and then somehow more fun. In the theater itself, the seat cushions are dirty. Everywhere you can drink for free, but to be honest, you won't give money for this. In general, if you have been somewhere else and your standard of living is average or higher, then this hotel is not for you. I wanted to leave on the second day, but because of my mother I stayed, she didn't see much, she was normal, but she was also 60 years old. The bar is nonsense, the mojito is strange, the alcohol is so strange that after 8 cocktails I didn't even understand anything.
It seems to be normal, but it leaves a feeling of something old and creepy. It was all gorgeous in 2000, now it's the remnants of former luxury. Well, if you want to rest for 5 * or at least for 4*, then you are not here. It's more like a resort in Anapa in 2000. Oh, yeah. The hammam in the hotel is normal, although the price is 20K for three hours, but normal, I liked everything. There's nothing else to do there except eat and lie by the pool. I felt like a student with limited funds, although I have not been a student for a long time and the hotel positions that everything is there. There is only a kitchen, there are norms there. What I want to say is that the hotel, in our opinion, corresponds to the stated 5*. 1. The beauty of the hotel pleasantly surprised us, especially at night, everything sparkles with lights, magically, decorated inside the reception, a Christmas tree, lots of live red flowers, chefs have assembled gingerbread houses with their own hands.
2. The room. We had building 13, which I would like to say, if you are not offered at the reception for a fee of $ 20 to buy a room closer to the sea and with a view of the sea, I do not advise you to do this, it takes 10 minutes to go to the sea in any of the buildings, but it is such bliss, because you are surrounded by beauty and there is no point in throwing away $ 20 while saving 5 minutes, no more. Moreover, it gets dark early in December, and you can't see the sea. But for that, lights are also waiting for you from other buildings everywhere)). The room itself is very decent, it was cleaned every day, well, maybe it's because we left $ 1 each time. There are both beach and bath towels, they are very huge, which is also a huge plus.
3. Kitchen. Everything is very tasty, Seafood is there, meat is always there and it's Beef and chicken and poultry, fruits, pastries, grill, barbecue, the food is very tasty!
4. Drinks. We liked the beer, various cocktails, whiskey and Cola.
