We stayed at this hotel for the first time. On the territory of the hotel there is a chic water park and several pools with a sufficient number of sun beds. The territory is green, well maintained, there are also two shops. The Internet worked everywhere, even at sea. The beach-the sea is gorgeous, you can admire the beautiful underwater world, coral reefs with beautiful fish are not far from the shore. The entry into the sea is ideal – smooth and safe, there is a bus every 30 minutes to the sea and back. There is a beach near the bus stop, there are shops and a pharmacy. The food at the hotel is just wonderful! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are for every taste, everything is very tasty and varied. The animation in the hotel is amazing, diverse - themed parties, disco for kids, pool games, etc. The hotel staff is polite and friendly and responds to any requests. The room is very nice, we really liked everything in the hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. With two children. We were warmly welcomed. The check-in was at night, there was no one who spoke Russian. I liked the room, the children have a separate room and separate beds. Children and we were sometimes left with pleasant surprises in the form of animals made of towels. The food is specific, but the choice of dishes is rich. I liked the food on the food court next to the pool. Drinks are always available in the lobby. However, they are mostly local and not very alcoholic. There are various shows every evening. Animators allow you to have a good time: yoga, minigolf, volleyball, water polo. In the evenings, they light up with the guests. We talked more with Russian speakers Alya, Julia and Max. There are many foreigners, so knowledge of foreign languages is welcome. The hotel has a water park with free entrance, 3 swimming pools, only one of them is heated. The other two are heated at an air temperature of +30. There is a bus service to the beach according to a certain schedule. 10 minutes by bus + 5 minutes on foot. The food court on the beach is a little worse in my opinion. But at sea you can see the reefs with a mask. There are a lot of fish. We had a great rest.

This hotel left a strange impression. I put 4 stars in my mind, I keep three 😅We rested from 15 to 11/22.21. Among the advantages is a large green area, comfortable mattresses and pillows, the restaurants are clean, the staff is trying. But as usual, it's about the little things. Everything is contradictory. We had nothing to eat for breakfast, and the breakfasts are 100% the same every day. Of the porridges, only Egyptian porridge (Egyptian rice floating in milk) every day, there are no cheesecakes, no pancakes, no pancakes in the Russian sense (there are French pancakes - in fact thin pancakes are tasteless). The omelet is often unroasted, if taken with vegetables and sausage. On the plus side, they give freshly squeezed mango and guava juice for breakfast, there are falafel and fried eggplant. Oh, the horror. There is no coffee beans for tomorrow. And that's at 5*. Adjustable coffee in vending machines. At the same time, coffee beans are made in the bar near the reception. I had to run outside the restaurant to get a proper coffee for breakfast. The waiter grimaced very much when she asked to bring coffee from the bar. But after long negotiations, he still brought it. I didn't ask for it anymore, I wore it myself. Juices in bars are also adjustable. My son drank mango, the trace of the juice was ingrained in the skin for 2 days, they could not wash it off. Apple had a slightly less resistant dye)) wiped off by the evening) horror. Lunch is also 90% the same, only soups (2 types) are different every day. And what is really good and delicious is dinner. Hummus is a balagan snack and very good different meats cooked above average. The pools near the hotel are heated. However, the pools in the water park are icy. As a result, they did not use it, although they went to the hotel to pick them up. The beach is wonderful, a 10-minute ride on a big dirty bus is a great start to the day. Of course, we were very confused. If you are going for the sake of the sea, there is definitely no point in this hotel. It is better to settle on the shore. The bus goes once an hour. Both from the hotel and from the beach. Sometimes it is crowded and a second one is allowed. It's not a golf cart ride at all (like a competitor's hotel). On the beach, the food is also 100% the same every day: fries, burgers, shawarma. It's really cold in November. The climate has apparently changed. We were 10 years ago, it was so cold in sharma. Hurghada is better. Terrible wind. And now in Hurghada as well. It gets cold for the beach already at 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon. Not suitable for a beach holiday for me. It's better to use Thai There are a lot of people, I think the hotel is 60-80% occupied. Thanks to the girls at the kids' club, at least the children were busy with something. Without them, there would be a pipe at all (without the sea and pools, which we ignored). However, the opening hours are very limited - from 10 to 12.30 and from 15 to 16.30. There is no lighting on the playground (it is already dark at 5 pm), there are no benches or other seating places for parents, everyone is sitting on a children's swing. In general, work and work, comrades, on the service and comfort of the guests. Among the advantages - a good Cleaning of the rooms every day and a change of linen every day, a good massage, but it's expensive at € 100 for 2 lymphatic drainage massages, the Russians work, they do well. More of the little things. The Internet has been disappearing all the time, you can say it's not there. Hello roaming. A la carte restaurants need to be booked at 00.00 at the electronic counter, if everything is booked in the morning. And is it worth it? We went to the Italian restaurant at the hotel. Mozzarella with tomatoes is the standard for an Italian restaurant - I couldn't eat - oak tomatoes, not tasty mozzarella. After dinner there, we went to the main restaurant. Although there are a lot of sun beds on the beach, but you often need to look for them, you will not immediately borrow them. We bought a bucket with baby molds and a scoop + soap bubbles for $ 20 at the shopping center at the hotel. We felt like losers) and what to do is for the child. Another brilliant thing is that 4 beach towels should be dragged by bus to the beach, along with a stroller and 2 children and a bunch of bags, towels are not given on the beach. And of course there is no pandemic, everyone goes as they want. Odnaka Resort 😅 It does not apply to the hotel, but 5 hours before departure, the mandatory arrival at the airport and the terrible queues also make their impression on the rest.
