Oh bye, masquerade! This is the most accurate description of this hotel. This is what they say in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, the same meaning of the phrase.
Do not choose this Jaisan hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation. We chose this "hotel" according to good ratings on the booking. However... The concept of service and Jaisan are different things and are not compatible. Vyacheslav and Aigerim rented this hotel for the season, hoping to cut down money, but they did not even think about taking care of the service and comfort of the guests. Ordinary scammers.
Of the stated amenities on the booking, only a good location is real. The rest is, well, so-so. For the same money, it is better to look for other hotels where it is warm, cozy, and satisfying. And you can get to the base, there are no problems with the transfer.

We arrived after the road, in anticipation of warmth and a hot shower, but we were disappointed. A cold house. Vyacheslav assured that the house was about to be flooded. Okay, we'll wait, we checked in, we paid for a 4-bed room. The room is +14, +15 degrees, everything is cold. We are waiting for warmth. After a four-hour walk, we return to the hotel, and it's also cold there. There is no hot water, the reason is that the heating element suddenly broke down. The room has the same oak tree. We decided to look at another room, a 3-bed room, which is much smaller, and accordingly it seemed warmer there. However, it's still +15 (we have a portable thermometer, so it's not difficult to measure the temperature). But at least there is hot water. Do you think we managed to wash up?)))) Ha-ha. The shower cabin is not fixed, if you try to wash, the cabin begins to sway like an earthquake simulator in different directions by at least 5 points. Yeah. Service, conditions))))

We went down to talk to the "owners". We heard a lot of excuses. If you want to get warmer, heat the house --- well, it's not a bathhouse, but what's wrong with the shower, why can't you wash yourself. And here we are (Vyacheslav and Aigerim are warm in the room with a colorizer). Bingo!!! And then why are there no heaters in the rooms?))) They took the colorizer away from them. A miracle, it was already 18 degrees by morning. However, in the morning the batteries in the room are cold. The heat is not maintained at night, the house cools down. On the 1st floor in the dubak hall.
Change the hotel and look for another one for 1-2 nights. It's also entertainment, not recreation.
We spent the night, we go out for the declared and paid breakfast at 7.30 sharp. There are about 15 guests in the lobby. No breakfast, no "hosts", no cook-no one. Everyone was thrown with breakfast))))) We waited for 30 minutes. We drank coffee from a thermos, with cookies, dates. This is very little for 15 people. Some of the guests themselves found a pot and buckwheat in the kitchen and began to organize breakfast. We gathered on the slope, we are already leaving, the time is 8.30 and then the sleepy cook comes out. She overslept breakfast))) There was no time to wait. We had breakfast on the slope, there are plenty of cafes there.
In the evening we return to the hotel, lo and behold, the room is the same + 15)))) About breakfast excuses -- there was pressure. Well, maybe there are at least 4 staff in the hotel and there is no one to organize breakfast? The shamefacers.
Vyacheslav was called to a conversation repeatedly, asked to recalculate for a room (3-bed instead of 4) and for breakfast. What do you think? He is honest in front of people:" Of course, we will recalculate" But in fact, how the coward got away. The next morning, neither Vyacheslav nor Aigerim were at the hotel.
I hope this money will help them to improve the service in some way. Maybe at least they will buy coal and start heating normally. Well, or conscience will buy it, which is unlikely.
By the way, they have a regular divorce, which only we complain about, and in general, everyone from Kazakhstan is moody.
And surprisingly, the guests all complain among themselves and discuss the conditions, first of all the cold.
In general, do not stay in this "hotel", save your nerves and health.
In fact, there are a lot of good and conscientious owners of both hotels and yurt camps in Kyrgyzstan, who are truly hospitable, kind and responsive in an oriental way. And not that's all. Masquerade!
Vyacheslav and Aigerim are random people in the field of tourism. Avoid them.
