It was recorded on the nails, and the master did not come, she wrote exactly at the appointed time that for personal reasons she forgot to warn in advance. There were no free masters, and neither was the administrator. A little later I wrote to them personally about my experience and asked them to deal with this situation, to which they replied that it was my right to complain. They did not apologize, and did not write that they would take action on the decisions of their customer service.
I think this attitude towards customers is irresponsible and rude! If they treat administrative matters this way, then I wouldn't trust them to "take care of themselves".
