Everything is fine, I liked the flowers. But. There were moments. The girl said that red roses and white ones would not look pretty, compared to pink roses.. I had to insist on my choice. The second point, which I think is very important, is that the store does not think about how the flowers will be transported. My first thought is, "Fuck, how can I carry this?" But the bouquet was not big, consisting of 5 flowers. They just covered the top with paper, and it's minus 5 outside, wind, frost, taxi/transport. It's not enough to make a beautiful bouquet for a picture, you also need to pack it conveniently enough for the client. They will definitely have a negative karma, since they only think about monetary benefits, not about people. But these are just flowers.

The order was outside the city, they said in the area of 30 km delivery is free, but they took the money, although the distance outside the city was 25 km, which I asked the girl that I made the calculation, the answer was not clear why it was necessary to pay. Well, okay, I thought, I want to please my mother from a distance. And what is the final result? Of course, it's a complete disappointment. Delivery was negotiated in the morning, at 13.30 I call to clarify where the courier is, if there was an agreement that they were supposed to deliver in the morning, the first thing that was said was that we are loaded, there are a lot of deliveries, now we will contact the courier and call back. Do you think someone called back? No. Until I called myself, 40 minutes later, and heard about the workload again. Well, let's say we omit that, too. BUT.... That's not all. The order was agreed so that a sticker for your beloved mother would be applied to the large package, as it was presented in your sales room, so I did not attach a postcard to the bouquet, and, as a result, there was no sticker. The guys who provide these services: managers, employees, an appeal to you. What happens in your store is your result. The unpleasant impressions that you have left will definitely bear fruit if you do not take action to improve the situation. Managers, train staff to work with customers and be competent in terms of cost and delivery time. Work on the logistics. TO DATE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR STORE AND WILL NO LONGER CONTACT YOU.
