Top of my list of the most terrible hotels, the most amazing thing is that the price per room is an order of magnitude higher than the average in the city, while the rooms are very tired in the 90s or even earlier (jammed doors, non-opening balcony, falling off shower rack), no noise insulation, and the cherry was that at 3 a.m. the staff opened the room with their key, clearly realizing that it was locked from the inside and seeing the awakened guests, they closed it. They did not explain what it was, they immediately changed the hotel in the morning. And yes, the breakfasts are incomprehensibly organized, not in a crowded place, but simply as an exit in one of the conference rooms, by choice and to taste for 3. The location turned out to be not advantageous to all the main places to go to the other end of the city. I don't even recommend it for free, there are options that are not expensive, but more expensive.
The hotel is very tired (the room, part of the bedside table was just thrown on the closet, see photo).
All this against the background of a very ugly attitude towards the guests, a guest was checked into the room occupied by me at night, and, of course, I did not hear any apologies.
All this is combined with a chic spa area and fitness equipment. The breakfasts are inconvenient, they take a very long time to bring, not a buffet.
It is expensive and rich. There is a lot of gold in the design. Nice clean toilets in the lobby! Delicious coffee and beautiful desserts in the lobby bar.
I would like to note the good quality of service and the service in general of this hotel, the quality of the food is excellent, the sleeping place meets the standard of the stars, there are no complaints about the bathroom, an abundance of various towels and a chic white robe. The competent staff at the reception is always ready to solve the slightest wishes on the topic of stay, namely, the magnetic key was constantly decoded into the room, initially they gave one key for two to a double room. The TV was not turned on to broadcast channels, the specialist corrected the connection contacts, tea bags and hygiene products - shampoos, gels and everything else - were not always replenished. For this, a minus star in my review. But in general I recommend it.
The hotel rooms are in terrible condition. They are old, shabby and smell bad. 18,000 som per night in the scourge - well, no. All that is normal in this hotel is a swimming pool and repairs at the reception.
Everything is very old. There is a safe, but it is not fixed, there is a cupboard under the hall, but there is no refrigerator, there is a large label on the ceiling from something, the electric cabinet is not fixed on the wardrobe.....Five stars, however!
A mediocre hotel, with a fairly old room stock, tired bathrooms, but with an amazing bed. The breakfasts are very tasteless and there seems to be a choice, but there is nothing to choose from. The hotel is located very far from the city center, but there are two nice parks nearby for walking. There is a very tasty Lamb restaurant nearby. I highly recommend visiting it

Very bad, the hotel in reality does not pull in 5 stars, a maximum of 3, or by a stretch of 4. We booked by phone in advance, at the same price. Our reservation has not arrived, although all the data has been recorded, and the price tag is 1.5 times more expensive. The receptionist said that another receptionist accepted our reservation, but she is not there now and she cannot find out what price she announced to us. Okay, they spat, settled in a room on the 4th floor, the hottest. The air conditioner is not working well. The heat outside is under 40, and Kondei is dying. They asked to change the room, they changed it on the 2nd floor, the air conditioner did not work there at all. They changed it again, the third time the exchange was normal, but the TV does not work in the room. Breakfast is a separate song. We came to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. the food is all cold and leftovers. Until the administrator was asked to cook hot, she did not move. Bread on a grain of breadcrumbs, cold and hard, there is neither a tester nor a microwave oven to warm up. In general, another time we will look for hotels outside the city, we will definitely not stop there.
Compared to the fact that many new hotels have been built, this one is already considered quite old and shabby. It clearly does not pull at 5 stars, max 4 stars is a stretch. The furniture and repairs have already been patched up, the hotel is already worn out. I didn't like that there were such abnormal traffic jams in the evening towards the hotel along the Tokombaya aala. We stayed in 2012 and there were no residential buildings near the hotel and it was comfortable to walk. In 2022, when we arrived here, we were horrified that so many high-rise buildings were built chaotically around the hotel, there were a lot of people and cars. If we compare all these points, well, I would not recommend it. The only plus is there are many clubs and cafes nearby
We booked a room and arrived. Fortunately, he misfired in time and did not bring the payment card to the terminal. It turned out that the pool is under reconstruction, the spa is not working, and the fitness is also out. After booking, no one warns about this, but they boldly ask for $ 170 per night for one room. In the end, no discount was offered after we found out the lack of services.

Terrible service!
The pool is closed, the food is cooked for 40-120 minutes and at the same time you wait for it, and then it is canceled.
Meager breakfasts have also killed the tables, like at school, who will sit with whom. The rooms are old, the bed in 614 creaks, the water pressure is bad, the room is dark!
The staff is very friendly. They spread 100% in everything they try to please and the kitchen is delicious, but there are many shortcomings in furniture repair and so on.
