A cozy hotel, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Breakfast was included, standard, European style, it is quite possible to have a hearty meal. There is also a courtyard, but I was in December and it was closed, I can't say anything about it. I think there's an outdoor pool there. The staff is polite, they speak Russian. I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

in general, a modern small hotel, friendly reception, buffet breakfast, which did not have time to get bored in two days. among the disadvantages: there is no refrigerator in the rooms, there is no iron, there is a kettle, but there are no tea bags. the walls between the rooms are very thin, you can hear everything that is being done by the neighbors. and the last thing, because of which I was ready to put 3 stars in the review - I rested in room 31, all night long, a very noisy unit turns on periodically somewhere nearby. I went to the reception and was told that this was the water pump of the entire hotel.

Great hotel. We have been staying in it for many years, and we are always satisfied. The room is tidy, all the linen is clean. In the morning, a buffet breakfast is served. And the prices for the room are acceptable. I recommend this hotel.

The staff is very polite, the luggage was brought to us, the hotel is not large, two floors, rich interiors, breakfast was decent, vegetables, porridge, juices, pastries, but there is no coffee machine. The closet didn't open in our room, otherwise everything is fine. Clear.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, friendly host.Linen, plumbing condey-everything is on the level!The breakfasts are good.It was April 12 and 13 and the heat was 38 in Bukhara.Water without interruptions, coolness in the rooms.There is an oriental fairy tale around with cafes, shops and souvenirs.I managed to fall in love with this city, so there is a reason to return!!!

We were in a new building. Clean, fresh furniture, smart TV, bright rooms, large window, air conditioning. The rooms are cleaned every day, water is put on. The staff is helpful.
Cons: inconvenient location of sockets (above the bed). The breakfast is average, monotonous. Windows let in noise from the street (poor insulation).
In general, the hotel is average, which corresponds to the price. Recommendations: add a foot towel, a kettle and tea to the room

Very small cramped room. Tiny. The bathroom is miniature. There's a strange smell in the room. The main number of rooms in this building is on the second floor. There is no elevator. The group, which consisted of 60 percent female pensioners, lifted their luggage to the second floor without the help of staff. The beds are very narrow. The mattress is hard, like for yogis. At registration, the passports were taken away for 2 hours. In my opinion, this should not be done at all.

The poor location of the hotel: far from the center, there are few places nearby where you can eat, there are only furniture stores around.
Disgusting Internet: very weak and constantly missing.
The hotel itself is new, furniture, plumbing - everything is new. The rooms are different: in the main part they are larger, better furnished; in the annex, the rooms are such that you cannot turn around. The same small bathroom.
There is no refrigerator in the room, they offered to store it in a large refrigerator for drinks at the reception))
There is also no kettle, cups in the room, only water and glasses.
There is no elevator in the hotel, it is not convenient to carry bags up the stairs.
The breakfast is good, buffet style, there are fresh fruits and vegetables.

Advantages: High ceilings. Adjustable heating. A clean bed. Slippers, soap, shampoo, tooth paste and a brush. Water. Everything is in the room. Delicious breakfast. Nice staff.
Minuses. The hair dryer is not working. Hair in the bathroom, gum on the floor. The noise of air conditioning or heating units behind the wall. There are no chargers for the phone.

Very clean and cozy hotel, excellent service, polite and friendly staff, change of towels and room cleaning every day, sound insulation for four. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the Windows overlook the courtyard, so the noise of cars is not audible. Breakfast, though simple, is enough to eat. Of the minuses, at a temperature outside of about 5 degrees, it is very cold in the dining room. The iron is not brought to the room, they take it to the laundry on site and the hotel and wait on the sidelines while you iron everything. The water is hot, but you need to wait from 2 to 5 minutes for it to heat up. Slippers, shampoo and soap are available. The bathroom has a warm floor and bright lighting, the lighting in the room is weak: one chandelier and a pair of night lights. Our room had one huge bed and a euro size blanket, it was enough. For those who like to sleep under different blankets, it is worth mentioning this when booking a room; the mattress is hard, as we like, pillows of sufficient density. Everything is clean, no stains were found. Each bed has a bedside table and an outlet, there is also an outlet for the TV and a chest of drawers with a mirror. A large spacious wardrobe with shelves and a hanger, a coffee table and two armchairs. We liked everything and were satisfied.

A great hotel. We constantly stay in this place when we arrive in Samarkand. The staff is friendly, they applied for additional services more than once, never refused and did it at the highest level. Good breakfasts, there is an outdoor swimming pool on site. I recommend it to the guests of Samarkand.
