I was having a mom and daughter vacation! I really liked the hotel!) what is remarkable for Cyprus))) pretty green))) nice pool) a few))) we booked apartments) that is, we have the opportunity to cook by ourselves))) we took breakfast and dinner))) excellent waiters)))) they almost speak Russian))) the sea is very close))sandy beach)) quiet with almost no waves)) I recommend it for families with children)) there are many cafe shops near the hotel) there are grocery stores for souvenirs)buses are in the immediate vicinity))) which will take you to the nearest resorts))it's warm and cozy)) I recommend it!)There is a diving school nearby! Everything will be shown and videotaped) under water!)

We lived in two-storey houses in front of the pool in October 2019. A large room on the ground floor, with a balcony you can immediately access the pool. The food is ordinary-neither a plus nor a minus. The stove and microwave in the room made it possible to diversify the food-we went to the Subway for langoustines and cooked for lunch, it was great with wine from xinisteri.
There were ants and cicadas in the room. Anyway, guys, the glass is half full. 10 days of vacation is too short a period to look for negatives and minuses and cycle on them in every possible way. But I wouldn't go to Jacaranda again, only at a super duper discount, and I didn't like Protaras at all. There is a knicks bottle shop nearby with a decent selection of wine and spirits - I recommend a walk to this wonderful place.

Nice hotel, lived in a bungalow with two rooms and a kitchenette. The renovation and furniture are a bit old. The food is varied for me, I don't think that so many dishes are prepared at home. The cleaning is probably good, I didn't pay attention. The towel was changed daily, but even if it hadn't been changed, I wouldn't have noticed, the towel hardly changes every day at home. If you find fault, you can find flaws everywhere. I didn't see them or didn't pay attention. The sea, the sun are the most important things

It's not too bad. I won't say that it's fine. Good. It's a simple hotel, but it's okay. The bathroom is a little cramped, but otherwise - no complaints.
I really liked the restaurant. For breakfast, no frills, a standard set. But for dinner, there is no choice of dishes, but just bombically delicious meat. The fish is always quite pleasant. I personally give the cook ******.
There are like three pools, but apparently it used to be one big one. In August 2021, the water was very warm, both in the pool and in the sea.
I need to walk to the beach, but the distance didn't bother me. The beach in the bay. Turtles are plentiful every day. The Mediterranean Sea surprised with snorkeling for the first time.

A very good hotel for your money. Well-maintained territory, large rooms, friendly staff. The sea is 500 meters away. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The bus stop is nearby. You can go to the center of Protaras, Ayia Napa or Paralimni.

A great hotel. A solid three! Cons: Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, there is no Internet in the rooms and on the territory; daily room cleaning includes only garbage collection. There were 7 nights - they never changed the towels with us (they asked for it themselves) and did not vacuum or wash the floors. The food is delicious. The sea is a seven-minute walk away, a nice beach. There is a good store around the corner, reasonable prices. There is a self-service laundry opposite.

Good location, beautiful sea views from some rooms of Building A.
But in 2021, unfortunately, the hotel became much worse than before. The level of service has dropped, the rooms are dilapidated. The kitchen, in my opinion, has become worse. There was no children's animation, but this is for obvious reason, it cannot be considered a minus.
But the pool is not bad and, it even seems, it has become better cleaned.

An absolute disappointment. We rested at the hotel for the fourth time, but definitely the last. There is no room cleaning. Not at all. They take out the trash and that's it. The floor is not washable - I had to take the only available foot towel and wash it myself, because otherwise there is sand everywhere. Neither the bed linen nor the towels have been changed in two weeks not once. The rooms are very old. It is impossible to sit and lie on the sofa - it is very uneven and hard because of the pieces of wood inside. The food is mediocre. The fish is tasteless, the desserts are inedible, only watermelon, apples and citrus fruits are available. We checked in an hour later than the scheduled 14-00, while we had an early arrival, so we sat for half a day. Only the presence of a beautiful sea smoothed the impression. There is nothing for children, no playground, no food, no entertainment. I do not recommend visiting, especially with children.

Nice hotel, sea nearby, polite person. There was a large room in a nice building with a large balcony. There is a kitchen in the room, you can cook. There is a swimming pool on site. Good cuisine. The staff is very polite. We cleaned the room all the time. Very clean territory and hotels. The water is cold and hot around the clock. There are many shops nearby. A grocery store for Russian-speaking citizens. The staff speaks Russian. The sea is 5-7 minutes walk away. I really liked it.

We flew all night, arrived at the hotel at 10.00. The Boeing 757 plane, an extremely cramped vessel. At least, with my height (189 cm), I flew with great difficulty.In the travel agency, it is customary to promise that if there are available rooms, you will be checked in before 14.00. Yeah, right now, keep your pocket wider. This is the first impression of the hotel. A shabby hall without air conditioning with soft and dirty sofas, a shabby toilet.Those leaving the hotel are unhappy - either the faucet is running, or the air conditioning in the room is just for show. And everything is sooo expensive. I feel there will be more to decorate and complement my review.

Everything is not new, but it looks and works well enough. A quiet area. The beach is 10 minutes away slowly.. If you go to FigTriBay, then 40 minutes of the promenade along the path along the sea. The staff is friendly. The hotel did not cause any negativity.

We took a trip through Pegasus for 11 nights. The room is in the farthest building, in my opinion there are 5 floors. They were cleaned a couple of times only. There were breakfasts and dinners. Food standards. The hotel is quite old. Hence, there are many minor problems.

A normal three, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. There is infrastructure in Protaras, but everything is much simpler (than in Ayia Napa, for example)))
The rooms there are in two-storey villas and in the main building. We lived in the main building on the 4th floor, a room with a sea view (late September-early October 2018, we had a rest together). A room with a private bathroom and a living room-kitchen. 2 air conditioners, everything worked properly. We were aware of the sockets in advance, so we took sushi sticks with us (the adapter, also bought at home, burned out after the first charge))
The staff is nice, polite, and many people speak Russian there.
About food - I think it's all individual. For 3* in Protaras - good food)) there were fruits and vegetables, a lot of salads (although many with mayonnaise and onions, I didn't really eat them). Dishes of beans (Greek), meat, and, of course, olives))) we left for a day on an excursion - we wrapped lunch with ourselves (and our neighbors didn't really like the food. Perhaps they were in Italian before that/We had a rest in the Spanish "troika" and the food there was a little better (I'm only talking about food in European 3*!😄).
In general, the cheapest tour we found to Cyprus turned out to be quite good))

For anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation, I definitely recommend this hotel. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself meets almost all the stated services for this money. Someone wrote in the reviews that the food is disgusting-then here I can bet that in 7 days everything was wonderful and delicious.And yes, the rooms were cleaned every day, one day only the bed linen was not changed, but they warned about this in advance.My family and I really enjoyed it.

We stayed at Jacarsnda in September. The hotel is located on the outskirts, a 5-minute walk to the beach. We settled in building G 103. Two-room apartments, we were pleased with comfortable beds, the presence of a mini kitchen with dishes and a refrigerator! I was not happy with the view from the balcony. The cleaning is satisfactory, the breakfasts are good, the food for dinner is not for gourmets, but it is difficult to stay hungry. They don't know how to cook meat, except for goulash. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel, we did not pay attention to the shortcomings.

We had a rest in July 2019. It's not bad for 3*. Cleaning was almost every day. The rooms are normal, but there were ants on the walls. We had a two-bedroom studio with 2 single beds and a separate room with a double bed. TV was operated by 1 Russian channel. WiFi is only available in the lobby. Everything is OK. The staff is normal. The animation is so-so. The food is delicious, buffet style. There are no drinks for dinner, you can't take anything with you. There was a lot of meat, the fish was not tasty, there was no seafood, which is surprising. Overall, I liked the food. The sea is 5 minutes away at a brisk pace. In a week without excursions, I spent around 20 euros. We didn't go to the cafe. It took about 5 euros for the water alone. I advise you to go outside the town, they bought a melon there for euros, water is also cheaper
