It's a great place. We were in July 2023. It is divided into three different hotel concepts: a hotel away from the bay overlooking the pond, a hotel overlooking the bay and cottages overlooking the bay. We lived in a cottage. Very spacious room, spacious balcony with sun umbrella, gorgeous view. Excellent food, we took the classics: breakfast/dinner. A huge, green area with peacocks)
The only disadvantage of this place is the distance from Dubai itself. It's like a communal apartment in Moscow) like Moscow, but it takes a long time to get there)
There is a regular bus service to the three main shopping centers in Lubai
Otherwise, everything is chic.

A luxury hotel with a huge territory. Excellent service , excellent selection of food and drinks . There are many swimming pools on the territory, there is a bird park, a stable, golf courses, a fitness room. A beautiful promenade along the yachts.

I liked everything, a large green area. Peacocks walk around the territory. There are many places where you can have a snack, pools for children and adults with a bar. Over long distances, you can be transported by internal transport in the form of golf cars. Entertainment can be chosen according to your taste: volleyball, football, diving, yachting, there is a racetrack and a zoo. This is not an ordinary new green Dubai that you have discovered for yourself. The beach is good, the only thing is very put in the water, probably for families with children this is a plus. Good location, lots of vegetation and freedom of movement. More than 4 pools, a long beach.
As for the rooms, the beach hotel is quite small, the villas are spacious, but cold in January and February.
I ate good quality, especially delicious fruits.
There is a gym, tennis courts and a tennis padel.
There is also plenty of room for golfers, the fields are plentiful.

The most beautiful place! The best breakfast in my memory. If it suddenly seems to someone that the hotel is not on the sea and it is inferior to the neighboring resort, this is not so. Golf cars and minibuses arrive at the entrance every 5 minutes, and it takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. Interior, exterior and rooms - 5 out of 5!

In general, I liked it, but there were a lot of little things that spoiled the impression.. the territory is beautiful, the pools, the sea, the beach are all good. But the service is very lame. For me, there was a problem with nutrition, (vegetarian) and I don't like punctuality..It takes a very long time to wait when something is needed…

I highly do not recommend this hotel!!! 4* maximum!!!
1. Very outdated!
2. Cockroaches in the room and even in bed (photos attached!) Shame on you! What 5 stars are there... maximum 4! Or even 3+!
The first situation is that 2 cockroaches ran through the room the next day after checking in! We thought from the street (the room was 777 on the 1st floor and the category is the highest, near the restaurant!) They didn't say anything!
The next day, we were lying in bed with a 2.8 child! A cockroach was crawling on my husband's arm! Killed in bed right!!!!
They called the reception desk - they NEVER pick up the phone at night!
The next day we went to the reception to sort it out-we showed a photo! We were shaking!
They offered an exchange for another room (they drove around the hotel-they showed it!) Initially, we offered rooms of the lower category! It did not suit us, they replaced it with our category number 375! It seemed to fit, but the problem continued!
The air conditioner unit was broken (the screen was flooded), the air conditioner was not working. There were even more cockroaches, but already on the terrace!
3. The white orchid restaurant has terrible service from some waiters! A young Korean woman, Chloe, just behaved abominably!!! The menu was thrown on the table with an extremely unhappy look-which is unacceptable for a 5* hotel! The service is extremely slow, there is no priority for children!
4. The rooms are extremely tired!!! 3+ turkey or a very old 4*!
5. Bugs were swimming in the pool.... Wildness!!! The pool is full of children! One of the parents told the rescuers about it-they quietly fished them out as if nothing had happened, but they appeared in this pool again and again! The pool is about three storey villas.
6. In the evening, at dinner in the republik restaurant, we met a Russian family, a woman from this family drank an aperol syringe and asked the waiter if she could pour it with herself-the waiter's answer is naturally no. I asked to pour the child (I remind 2.8 years old) water with me into a cup! The manager - Laura of the restaurant made a scandal in hysterics! After that, we went to the white orchid bar and there we were simply put out and forbidden to drink anything. Manager Rahul is an extremely unpleasant person. Nonsense? Indiscriminately, the decision was that we asked to take alcohol with us! It is our family, although this request was from another family. We asked for water for the child and asked to check the bill (our family did not drink aperol for this holiday more than once!) the managers of this hotel did not even apologize!
7. The disgusting work of the hotel managers! Boorish attitude! Unsanitary conditions! The level is very low for the declared 5* - shame! We will never return to this hotel!
8. On the day of departure, we met with the family-who faced all the same problems as us and not one of the requests-the claims were not satisfied! In general, the hotel taxi forgot them in the city with three children!
9. Well, finally, a photo from the last evening on the veranda and in the morning! The photo of the cockroach was taken after waking up near the bed 🤦🏼♀️
I really want this hotel to correct at least some of these comments and listen to the requirements of the guests!!!!
Upon arrival in Moscow, the child was found to have the Coxsackie virus 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
The sanitation is complete!!! It is absolutely impossible to fly to this hotel with children!

The hotel is great.. But the sea.. an unfinished palm tree as a view from the window does not please.. but there are no waves.
The hotels themselves are huge... On the other hand, it is quite far from Dubai, and indeed civilization in general..

We are currently in this hotel. And faced with a disregard for vacationers. Near our room for the second day there is a huge tray with leftovers. As you can see, rumservice delivered food to the neighbors, but there is no one to clean. This tray is tormented by birds and the wind, and we have to pass by this garbage to our room. And this is the second time. After the first appeal, they were removed by the evening, and now it's the same story again. We are set up to exchange numbers. Super hotel, with a large territory. You need to be prepared for the fact that the hotel is out of town and 30 minutes by taxi to it. It is more profitable to rent a car.
