A good hotel, we had a family vacation in July-August 2024, the rooms are quite fresh, the food is varied and we can say that it is round the clock. The alcohol is decent, there are a lot of cocktails!
The contingent is mainly Europeans, Poland, the Czech Republic, and a little Turkey. At first there were 10 Russians for the entire hotel, later 15 more people arrived.
Evening shows and discos on the beach, the road to the beach goes through a beautiful pine park. The sea is clean, the beach is like everywhere else - it would be nice to clean up more often.I can definitely recommend it! But as for me, weeks of such a vacation with children are behind my back.

Good afternoon. I was with my family at the hotel from 07/14/2024 to 07/20/2024. A good hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, plenty of food, everything is fine on the beach too. Large and spacious room with a balcony and sea view. A couple of cons:
1. Throughout my vacation, I never saw clean floors in the room. You come and see some kind of vase on the floors, You left money every day.
2. The elevators can not cope, with respect to the full occupancy of the hotel, And if the third elevator is still in the main lobby, then in order to go up or down from the fifth floor, you had to be patient.

I rented a star for a room with a view of the wall of a neighboring hotel and continuously humming air conditioners under the window (the room was on the ground floor).

The hotel is not bad, we are vacationing with a family with two children.
Of the advantages:
-food is always and everywhere for both adults and children (although there are no normal porridges for breakfast and soups for children)
-swimming pools, sea, beach, bars-everything is in abundance
Of the cons:
- the room was cleaned once during the 9 days of stay. As it is, this is the first time that I wash the floors in the room myself. The children go to bed for a nap around 13:30, respectively, the cleaning schedule of our room just fell at this time. About the requests of the cleaners to come in and clean, then the children would sleep - they pretended that they did not understand anything. Towels and replenishing the mini-bar were taken by themselves from their trolley-there was no other option.
- There is no animation at all. Animators periodically walk by, but have never seen any activity other than volleyball on the beach. In the evening there is a mini disco and a show, but it all starts at 21:00-the children are already gone by this time.
- The kids' club is one name. The child just turns on cartoons for 2.5 hours and that's it. Apparently, silent animators can't think of any games.
- There is a large children's area on the beach, but it is in such a sad state that at first glance you do not want to let a child in there, but for lack of another one, we went. The animator is also sitting there in silence, sometimes he gets up and pretends to look after the children.
We chose this hotel precisely because of children's entertainment, which in fact does not exist.
Everything will be fine for adults, I do not recommend it here with children.

It's a good place! Have a relaxing holiday! The rooms are not large, but they are well suited for relaxing after the sun... There are large suites... You can take it by paying extra at the hotel. Air conditioning with room separation. The food is varied, do not try everything))).You definitely won't leave hungry... I liked the meat dishes on the fire... There are not many fish. There are a lot of vegetables and fruits for that! We have already written about the territory. We walked around the hotel, on the way to Manavnat we found a great store (10 minutes walk). There are Turkish products for gifts and home... Sweets, tea, coffee. Plus clothes and shoes. You can find things for different tastes. I recommend you to visit! Unianpay cards are accepted for payment.

It's a cool place. The staff is responsive, not 5 of course, but super for Turkey. There is a lot of food, it is diverse, you can always find it for everyone, even 1 evening tuna steaks were fried!!! There are few Russians, mostly Czechs and Germans. Only a couple of people speak Russian from the staff, but the staff also knows English mediocre, it's enough for rest, everyone understands each other intuitively on their fingers.
You need to go to the sea through a not very busy road, then mintut 7 along the path belonging to the hotel. There is also a free bus to the beach every 10 minutes. There is a lunch area on the beach, it is cut down: you can assemble a burger, salads, potatoes, chicken yourself. Also, until 00:00 on the beach, you can take a shawarma, rice with a crust to have a snack. Cocktails, vodka, beer, etc. are served at the bar... In general, everything is there, there are a lot of sun beds.
The pool is good, warm, the main one and 3 more, including children's. 4 slides "like a water park"
Cons - there is no territory to walk around the hotel, weak animation. It feels like animation is especially for Europeans: volleyball, darts, exercise, dancing in the evening, and watching various performances without contests, without fuss, etc... For the lazy))) with children only from 21:30 discach and a couple of hours in the pool.

It was our first time. For the amount we paid for four people, the hotel is wonderful! Raisa's travel agent offered us several options for our requests. My children are adults 17, 15 and 15. (Two-room suite, slides and meals, convenient access to the sea and a restaurant on the beach)
We arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m., and check-in at 15:00. We immediately connected to the free WiFi. It works great on the beach too. There are very cozy sofas in the Lobby, we even managed to sleep on them. Then there was a wonderful breakfast. Our room was ready at 11:00 and we were immediately offered to move in. A gorgeous two-room suite. There is a double bed in one room, two single beds and a sofa in the other. The shower always worked, there were no interruptions in the water supply. There is a hair dryer. Free in-room safe.. The mini bar is free of charge.
There is a stock of minicabs, collas and forfeits in the refrigerator (in glass). Two one and a half liter bottles for four people per day (There are water coolers throughout the hotel). There is a kettle in the room (tea and coffee making facilities). Cleaning in the afternoon. Two lovely women clean up the place.
Animation- beach volleyball. In the evening, the party is all on the beach. There's an amphitheater there. A children's disco, followed by an adult show and a disco.

They also make an omelet mix with you (tomato, cheese, greens, sausage)to choose from. And of course a lot of delicious and varied pastries!
At 12:00, a restaurant opens on the beach, where you order (for free) and they bring you burgers (a portion includes French fries), pizza, pasta, grilled chicken, nuggets. All portions are huge. You pick salads and fruits yourself. There is also another cafe on the beach where two men cook shawarma. A nice woman roasts Turkish flatbreads-Gozleme with cheese and herbs, with minced meat and sweet.
There is also a constant feeding by the pool, starting from 12-00. Ice cream from 14-00 to 17-00. Hamburgers, French fries, pasta, deep-fried onion rings. Vegetables and fruits. This is all before 16:00. And from 16-00 they bake waffles and all kinds of pastries on the buffet.
The hotel is clean, the pool is clean. The pool is 140 cm deep anywhere. . The beach is clean. The sea is super! The entry into the sea is almost immediately deep.
The staff is friendly to everyone. There are Russian speakers at the reception Kazakh Zhania. She helps in all matters - from check-in, hotel tips (what, where and when), to where to go. We are very grateful to her for this.
Two young men Erdem and Gokai (Baggage Handlers) also speak Russian. When meeting in the corridors or at the reception, they always greeted each other, and they could also be contacted with questions.
Many waiters try to talk to you about something. I realized that this is how they practice languages. Well done guys!
They will definitely come up and ask what you will drink. Wine, cola, sprite, and ayran are brought by waiters from their refrigerators. You can pour the juices and tea yourself, and the waiters can also bring it. However, if they are not too busy cleaning the tables.
In the lobby bar in the evening, the barman Erdem with an interesting hairstyle, even tries to joke in Russian, is always very attentive to customers.
The pool area is not large, but everything is thought out so that there is enough space for everyone (even the second floors are where there are sun beds). A children's pool under a canopy (children are always in the shade)-I think this is a big plus.
I won't say about children's animation, my children are big and I wasn't interested.
There is a bus service to the beach every 5 minutes. Until 18-00 with a lunch break from 12 to 13. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach along a pleasant, almost shady path. The beach is large and comfortable. Awnings are stretched over the sun beds. So there is always a shade and you will also find a place under the sun.

A good hotel! Of course, this is not a full-fledged 5 stars, if only because it is not on the 1st line, but the road to the beach takes 7-10 minutes on foot and does not bother at all. 1. A shuttle goes to your beach every 20-30 minutes, but we were happy to walk, sometimes under the shade of trees, sometimes in the open sun. This is a great exercise after meals and for tanning.
2. The sandy beach is spacious, there are water coolers and bars on the beach for the hungry. The sea was clean in August, the entrance was moderately flat, and all the expensive 60-100 euros were activated. Of the disadvantages, half of the sunbeds are "tired" with stretched fabric (those that are blue), but the beige ones are good.
3. The animation is very weak. Animators need to be caught, but this is also a plus, no one bothered, you could "chill" for hours to the sound of the surf and children's laughter
4. The power will go to 4*. There were no special delights, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The restaurant is open even at night!!!
5. A special bravo to the light and sound in the summer theater on the beach, where all the performances took place! The DJ, of course, was fond of trance music periodically, but if you sit at a table further away, you will not go deaf. And, then, the hosts invite world stars, for example, Haddaway, Dr. Alban, you don't need to pay anything extra. For all-in, who needs alcohol, it flows like a river. What is noteworthy is that you can't hear music from the beach in the hotel, this is a plus!
6. Our room was spacious, accommodating 4 people, each with a full-fledged bed. The room has a balcony, sea view, tea station, air conditioning, drinking water is brought every day, mini-bar, safe, WiFi are included in the price. The Internet is decent, there were no problems. The repair is not old.
7. The nearest city is Side, a 20-minute bus ride away for a dollar per person. You can walk there, have something to see, sit in a restaurant. There is almost nothing around the hotel. There is a market near the lake where you can buy something if necessary. There is also a river nearby with a pier and old schooners that offer to ride along the river and go out to sea.
8. In the middle of August 2024, the heat was +33+34 in the shade, it was under 40 for a couple of days. +33+34 is tolerated with dignity. I sat under the awning all the way and managed to get a tan. The water was at least +28, a blessing for those who like it warmer.
In general, a good "four". It begs to be repaired, in a couple of years it will definitely become relevant! Russian Russians, whose children no longer speak Russian, only understand it, as well as Turks, a few Russians and guests from other countries. The situation is calm. A family-friendly hotel. Young people who need a move will be bored!

According to the program: there is a children's program, various shows, everything takes place near the beach. During the day, there are various games in the pool, aqua aerobics on site) in the evenings there were also programs on site a couple of times, and so there are usually quiet evenings on site, you can sit and relax, or play some board games with the company.
By food: the food is varied, there is little seafood, and only two shrimp were caught)) they are prepared only once a week. There is a separate table where everything related to pp)) there are a lot of desserts, but all from about the same products, only the colors are different)) in the morning I liked to take pancakes and pour them with some cream, caramel, chocolate, etc.) dinners are held to music, different musicians often came, cool)
Of the cons:
there is almost no entertainment for children,
the transition of the road from the hotel to the alley that leads to the beach is dangerous, transport travels often,
and I did not like that they did not congratulate the child on a special date (the child turned one), although the tour operator made a note, and they themselves went to the hotel staff, they said about this, we were told that this is done only for a fee...

The hotel is not on the sea, 10-15 minutes brisk walk to the beach, the hotel practically does not have its own territory, only the terraces of restaurants. When it rained and flooded the bars and porches, there was nowhere to go. According to the advertising descriptions, it is five, in real life it is very uneven, something is normal, for example, a beach bar, in some positions it is one. More precisely, minus two, as the floor on which the main and only restaurant is now the dining room. Turkish and Italian restaurants, which are on the menu, are closed in April. The menu in the dining room: mainly chicken and eggplant in different types, mackerel-type fish with a pungent smell. There are no basic shower accessories, shampoos, toothpaste, or bathrobes in the room. Five stars are stated, but in the shower there is only liquid soap in the wall, as in the attic, the skin dries from this liquid. Take everything with you! There is nowhere to buy nearby. A bathrobe can be obtained with a deposit of 50 euros upon special request at the reception! Gel and shampoo were promised to be sent at the reception, but after waiting an hour, they could not receive it. In general, the reception is completely useless, they hardly speak bad English, they give incorrect information.
It is very noisy, especially where Russians are settled: either close to the wall of a neighboring hotel on the top floor, where some pipes are humming day and night. Or it is offered 1 floor next to the disco and drinkers on the veranda. With an additional fee of 15-20 euros per day, they settle with a sea view, but it turns out to be a surprise! a view of the road with a stream of cars and their deafening roar. When crossing this road to and from the sea, please be careful! There are no traffic lights. No, local reckless drivers are not stopped by the fact that children and old ladies from the hotel are trying to cross the road, please note! Suddenly, maneuvering cars can also cross the pedestrian path to the sea, there is spontaneous parking in the park!
The hotel has gilding, gilding again, lions, statues. The rhinestones on the white chairs have peeled off and it's time to change the upholstery, not cover it with a pillow.
It is far from the sea and after sunset they do not go there now, and the beach area is guarded at night by dogs and greeted with ringing barking. The natural park itself, along which the road to the sea goes, is good, it's nice to walk here during the day, even several times. The smell of pine needles and sea salt is wonderful.
There are a lot of dogs on the beach: they walk around the sunbeds all day) no, I'm not afraid of them, but for some vacationers it has become a problem. Horses also appeared at the very edge of the sea.Yes, it's beautiful, but not without consequences for the beach.) In general, the beach area is well maintained, cleaned quickly, there is clearly a responsible manager here. There will be a section with a stage soon, it was brought to mind in front of us, so far there is nothing.
There was an ultra all-inclusive concept, a mini bar is included, as are all bars in the lobby, on the beach and by the pool. There are no other cafes and shops nearby, except for hotel ones, you can go to the water park or to Side.
Side is a wonderful place, an open-air museum, ancient monuments are impressive in scale. Trips to ancient Side can be carried out easily, dolmush 11 will stop at the hotel and in 1 euro you will be taken directly to the excavations of the ancient city. There is no point in taking tours to Side, Pegasus does not offer them in particular.
But the first thing that struck upon arrival: the driver of the Pegasus branded bus, which was taking from the airport to hotels, sold a sip of water for a dollar to newly arrived tourists and also asked for a tip of five. The return transfer - the driver did not even go into the lobby to collect tourists or help with luggage. We saw the bus through the glass ourselves and ran out into the street. We were taken shopping again, as well as on the way to the hotel, tips were asked through a sound recording.
It's okay to tip at the hotel, but they work for less than an hour, after that the loan burns out, you need to feed the workers like fish again. When changing rooms, no one helped to move things, although the day before the tip was received by the same call-boy who was supposed to conduct. The cleaning is average, even with tips, even without. I do not advise changing rooms, like an awl for soap, even an additional payment is not a guarantee of peace and convenience. Reception +guest relationship is at a low level, however, it depends on the country of the guest.
On the plus side: the Internet was connected in almost all areas, even on the beach on the last day of our vacation. The Lobby bar has 24-hour service, delicious Turkish coffee and tea. Alcohol is very strange, cocktails do not look like their names, but there are children's cocktails without alcohol, successful ones. There is a spa center. A hammam is included in the price of accommodation, massages and aromatherapy about 50-75 euros, legs in an aquarium where fish are 10 euros. The terraces of the lobby bar are beautiful, with a good view towards the nearby Diamond Hotel and the river in the distance. Creative: the wasteland is effectively decorated with silhouettes of ancient ships. Minus- work was carried out for two days with bulldozers under the windows of the hotel and terraces, where tables for vacationers, noise and a terrible smell in the evenings after that. Hotel rating: there are fewer advantages than disadvantages. Location: away from everything. The Side-Manavgat zone is interesting and picturesque in itself.

I really liked the hotel! Delicious food . The sea is close . Gorgeous animations . Minus: there are no shampoos, balsam and soap in the bathroom. There is only a dispenser with liquid soap hanging . Some furniture needs to be repaired.

The hotel is good for everyone and has exceeded modest expectations. The guests are overwhelmingly from Europe, including Russian speakers, so the service is of the same quality and does not depend on tips. The only thing that bothered me was crossing the road to the beach and the bus (transfer), which prevented me from enjoying the chic promenade under the crowns of Mediterranean pines. The navigable Manavgat River flows nearby and you can go boating to Side, Alanya, etc. Also, near the hotel, you can take a minibus to the Side cent (No. 11) or to Manavgat (No. 2), on the way back both change the number to 10. The hotel does not match its stars. The food is not tasty from the word at all on 3-. There is no bacon for breakfast, and white sausages are not every day. The men were hungry, they just stuffed their stomachs. The building is one, although in the photo it seems that there are two of them. The rooms are window to window, 15 meters between them. We had a room with a sea view, it's hard to argue that we didn't see it, but in my mind it's still something else. Animation can be said no, I do not recommend it to families with children. But the road to the sea did not bother, a good path or a cheerful bus with eyes. The beach is rocky and due to the steps laid by the sea, it is immediately deep.

One of the best and most beautiful 5 star hotels that I have been to (was in 4x). The food is very good, the scrambled eggs are the best in the world!!! The service is excellent, although there was one small incident with the staff at remtoran, but the management took action. The rooms are just super mega cool! On the way from the elevator to the restaurant there are few, but very diverse shops, and its own hairdresser, there is an excellent master!!! It takes 5 minutes to walk from the beach along its own road, it drives its own free bus without windows. Although it is not tedious to walk, but just. I am very pleased!!!

I am currently staying at the hotel for the third day. Of the three nights, I managed to sleep the first night off the road and from fatigue. The reason is that the far bar in the lobby is open until late, hotel guests are picking up drinks and sitting on the terrace all night talking loudly, "yelling" and laughing homerically, female individuals screeching. On Friday, April 12, 2024, there was a fight between hotel guests at the children's disco, the children were scared, they cried, parents and grandmothers hurriedly left the event, which was organized on the beach in the forest. In general, we have suffered a lot of fear, we do not feel safe and we can only dream of a relaxing holiday. The hotel is in a deserted place, run and hide nowhere. A big question for the security service and the hotel administration about normalizing the behavior of some hotel guests. Protect the vacationers from the outrage that is happening. And I do not recommend tourists to choose this hotel before putting things in order here. RUSSIANS DO NOT PARTICIPATE in fights and noisy drinking parties!!! And they really like to blame all the sins of my compatriots .I applied at 3 and 4 a.m. at the reception - they offered to close the balcony and sit locked up, and the noisy hotel guests came to rest and let them rest, but I don't have to rest. At the same time, no more than two or three couples make noise, and the remaining hundreds sit in rooms with a closed balcony, instead of sleeping peacefully and breathing the sea air.

The hotel has exceeded all expectations! We were here 2 years ago, this year we just didn't recognize it! The food has changed for the better by 200%! There is everything-beef, lamb, salmon, shrimp, fruits, a huge selection of desserts. The animation is great! Every day there is a themed evening -from the opera performed by the chef to a foam party. Very beautiful interior, daily cleaning, bar-fanta, cola, mineral water, juices, all in glass, replenished every day. Alcohol is mostly local, very tasty wine, strong alcohol is imported (whiskey, gin). The sea is across the road-500 m, on foot or by mini-bass through a eucalyptus grove-every 5 minutes transfer, private beach, entrance-small pebbles, almost immediately depth, on the beach there is a bar, restaurant and street food-geselme, burgers, shawarma (delicious). For your money-wonderful!I can safely recommend it!

We rested in this hotel from 07/31.23 to 08/07.23 the hotel is just super, the food is just a bomb, fish, meat, shrimp, what not, you won't stay hungry for sure, we had cleaning every other day, towels were also changed every other day, the only shampoos and gels for the whole vacation were replenished only once, okay, what did we take with us, we practically weren't in the pool because there were always sun beds and there was no place at all, the sea was awesome, the only huge minus I put is that there is no underpass, it's not comfortable to run across the road, even with children, there are no shops nearby, but it doesn't matter we went to the city on by bus, in principle, I do not see any problems, you can take a ride, and dear hotel administration, if you see my review, make an underground passage, and do not say that it is not possible to do everything, everything is possible, I saw myself in two hotels in the vicinity there are crossings, in general everything, I recommend this hotel to everyone 🏨

Every evening, live music in the restaurant, excellent service, animation on the beach is also decent. The bar in the room is filled with cola, phantom, juices, mineral water with gas and water. Tea, coffee, of course. Walking through a coniferous grove is 500 meters away, but there is a bus. There are quite a lot of sunbeds on the beach. There is also lunch from 12 o'clock, a small buffet and street food - excellent shawarma, tortillas. Drinks are both local and imported alcohol. The only non-alcoholic champagne😅🙈 Another of the disadvantages is freshly squeezed juices for a fee - 2-3 euros, but this is a lot of places. There are 2 buses that stop near the hotel to Nova mall and Side. The rooms are large and comfortable.

There are 4 slides that run 1 hour before lunch and 1 hour after lunch. You won't find free ice cream, they give it out for about an hour or two. At 9:30 there are no free sun beds by the pool, although there are few people, but everyone is busy. There is a wide strip of beach on the sea, along which you will have to walk to the sea, on hot sand and pebbles, you cannot move the sun beds closer. You won't stay hungry, but there is no Turkish variety either. The hotel is expensively rich in style, but in fact the family is small. In the evening, walk only to the sea, there are no bazaars, shops, or pharmacies nearby. There is no desire to return here!

You'd better choose a good four for such a price!I do not recommend it!
The tour operator assured us that we would have a two-room room, in fact, like everyone else, a room with a view of another hotel, and he was right next to it, at least say hello to the neighbor opposite, everyone is settled with such a view, but if you want, better pay 100 €.And there were three adults and a child in our room, there was nowhere to turn around in the room, a small one.
The cards from the number were demagnetized three times, I had to go and make a replacement.
The refrigerator in the room rattled like a tractor, they replaced it with a little quieter.
Everything was old and shabby in the room, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable, and the bedspreads were like sandpaper, especially when they were slightly burned, they slept under their blankets.
Room cleaning every day-in the morning, when I went to the sea at the reception, I asked to clean up before lunch, they clean, but they don't always put bathroom accessories and a bar, I had to ask at the reception.

There are no shops and pharmacies nearby, we walked 3-4 km to the nearest ones in the evening, you can also take a city bus 1 € per person, went to the shopping center with clothes, the nearest 20-30 minutes away is also 1 €, and went to their bazaar with clothes, but it is cheaper to buy in the nearest shops in the area, there is also 1€ Travel.
