The hotel is not bad, but there are nuances. There are terrible rooms with views of the wall of neighboring buildings, plus air conditioners on these walls that blow hot air through your window. We stopped several times. The first time we booked, when we arrived, we were offered a bad room, we didn't like it and it was immediately replaced with a better one. The second time in April 2024, they reserved long before arrival. When they arrived, they offered these terrible rooms, they almost had to swear, they promised to change them in a couple of days, they changed them two nights later (moreover, we reserved rooms without a balcony, they were smaller, but they gave us terrible expensive rooms with a balcony overlooking the wall upon arrival and said that it was better and more expensive. In my opinion, they were just being bullied.) long before the 2025 meeting, we reserved two rooms through Booking, arrived, and J4 again suggests that we move into rooms with a view of the wall, with air conditioning and no replacement options. Fortunately, we have vacationed on Koh Samui many times and are well-versed there, it was not difficult for us to find a more suitable hotel. But in general, when reserving a room for half a year, they leave you the most terrible rooms, and some rooms are not bad, but those who manage them...... ¡¡¡
