Returning from Alakol, we stopped for a snack in Taldykurgan. The locals advised Izyum. And they didn't regret it. A wide variety of Oriental and Asian dishes. The quality is excellent. Like it. Clear. The portions are large. The service is normal. It's good that you can turn to any waiter, and not wait for "your own". To order +15% for service. The only drawback is that dishes from Oriental cuisine are brought warm, not hot.
