A beautiful, quiet, fenced residential complex. Nearby there is a river, a market, a supermarket, a bunch of ordinary shops. In general, there is a lot of everything around. Apartments with high ceilings, 3.5m, with a large quadrature. Of course, there are disadvantages: the playground is poor, there has been no repair in the underground parking for a long time. There is no freight elevator, many things have to be lifted up the stairs

Very nice LCD, quiet and calm. A little old elevators and entrances, a small playground. But the city center is a very good place to live. There is a lot of infrastructure nearby, a good quadrature of apartments.

A wonderful residential complex. The apartments are huge, the ceilings are more than 3 m. The yard is fenced, there are two entrances from Kurmangaza and Shevchenko.
