Nice hotel, clean, cozy. It's fast. However, I have never seen such a " dwarf " room, and for two. And the glass doors to the room, too, are still exotic. We have been to many hotels in Samarkand, this is the best! There is a rooftop terrace with a mini-bar. The rooms are made in a traditional style that goes very well with the European style. The staff is very kind and just great. It's a very nice hotel.

Plus, just for the location and the fact that we still didn't move out, but stayed for 2 days. Among the advantages: location, beautiful lobby. Cons: we arrived in the evening at the end of March, it was cold in the room.. Dialogue with the administrator: can I turn on the heating? Answer: I can give you a heater if you add it. They didn't add it, but turned on the air conditioner. There was no hot water, and later they turned on the second boiler. The bed linen hadn't been changed in the room for three nights, and I had to ask for water. We won't be back for sure. Breakfasts for this price are for 3, the staff is not friendly. It is a pity that this place has spoiled our impression of a beautiful city.

We rested here for 4 days in 2024, in August. What we liked: a very cozy hotel, clean room, friendly staff, good-natured and attentive owner, good breakfasts. The owner of the hotel is a very friendly person, kind. The hotel is close to the main attractions. In the room: air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, in general, everything you need. A decent hotel in a good location next to the promenade of University Boulevard.
The rooms are well-renovated, everything is new.
At breakfast, it would be nice to expand the food and drink display area. A coffee machine with good coffee would be very useful.

Overbooking is possible during the peak period of the May holidays, as everywhere else, but the whole team is working to ensure that guests are satisfied.

It was January 1-3, 2024. Room 103. The room is smoky, the shower was broken, but it was fixed quickly, it's very hot. There is a hotel nearby and music in the window. The room is not cleaned daily. Accordingly, water, gel, shower, toilet paper should be requested additionally. Three-course breakfasts. And the whole hotel is so beat up. I won't check in a second time.

We stayed here for two nights. Very pleasant administration. They helped to lift and lower a large suitcase. There is a place to park. Convenient access to the center. I walked to Registan Square in 18 minutes. A good breakfast. Beautiful rooms. The balcony is in the hallway. We had a small room. The elegant decoration of the entire hotel. I liked everything.

Excursions can be arranged at the hotel. One small minus (the overall impression, of course, did not spoil, but it was not very pleasant), we had an early check-out and they did not pack a lunch box, they said that it was not allowed, so we had to eat at the airport ((. A snow-white clean hotel. The room is very pleasant. But you can hear the street through the closed windows.
I really liked the breakfasts, there is porridge, pancakes with meat and cottage cheese, samsa, eggs, sausages. Everything is very tasty and homemade. Tea bags and custard for every taste. Fruits, sweets, juices.
We booked directly, there were no problems with check-in.
The staff is very responsive.
The location of the hotel is good, near a street with restaurants and a boulevard along which to go to all the sights.
In general, I liked everything, but apparently the double-glazed windows are thin everywhere, we were in Tashkent, it's the same there.

I liked the location of the hotel - both in the center and not noisy. It can be noted that, among other things, thanks to the hotel, there were very positive impressions of the trip to Samarkand.

Nice hotel, clean beautiful linen, new plumbing. The furniture and beds are comfortable. One disadvantage is that the TV does not work because of the weak Internet.
Breakfast is very decent: there is sausage and cheese, porridge and eggs in different types. There is even a custard coffee, which is very rare in Uzbekistan.

I liked everything. We were met from the airport, checked in earlier. The room has everything you need. The hotel is new, clean, comfortable to stay in. Very decent breakfasts, a large selection.
A responsive host. I helped with the exchange of money on the weekend (all exchangers are closed), I suggested how best to get to the places we need.
Although the location of the hotel is away from the center and Registan Square, it is a pleasure to walk along the boulevard for no more than 15 minutes.

Visited in May, 3 nights. The service is very good.
The location is convenient, near the streets with restaurants/ cafes. The center is ~1.5 km away. Breakfast for 3+, there is no coffee machine. But there are eggs, porridge. Flour, some fruits, melon).
The rooms are lovely, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable, the water pressure is good, the plumbing is excellent, new. There is Wi-Fi, sometimes it is weak.
There is no elevator yet.
The staff is as friendly as possible.

The room smelled of chemicals and some kind of glue (caused severe allergies), there was no window in the second room, respectively, stuffiness and lack of air, the pastel linen was very bad, gray, the pillow smelled of perfume, someone had already lain down (at request - changed immediately), yellow pillows ... when choosing a hotel, I took into account reviews and rating ... but alas, in any case, at the booking, do not cancel the reservation at the request of the reception, we were offered an upgrade for a mark, as a result they gave worse rooms

We chose a nice room with a view and a deluxe room, as a result we gave our room to someone and we were offered to go to a room with 2 separate beds without a view at the entrance to the reception, as a maid's room for one day, and then we tell you we will cheer up and move. I don't understand how such an attitude towards guests can be.

They asked us to cancel at the booking and eventually confused us completely, but we insisted on the room or we're leaving!

We were at this hotel from 4.01 to 5.01. the check-in was instant, we planned to check into another hotel, but it was not designed for the cool winter of Uzbekistan, so we found the best replacement for almost the same money! The owner of the hotel is very friendly, the staff is friendly, all issues are resolved in a moment. The breakfast is varied, everything is fresh, everything is in abundance.
The room is clean, bright, the bed is very comfortable, all furniture and plumbing are in good condition!
The location is good, the area is quiet, the main attractions are +-15 minutes away, there are many good cafes nearby.
We sincerely recommend this hotel for short and long trips!

The level of rooms and service does not meet basic human requirements at all. The price is inflated several times due to cosmetic repairs. There is no sound insulation in the rooms. Neighbors can be heard snoring, the owner's son drinking with friends in the hall. The son of the owner, or as he calls himself "the owner of the hotel", is generally an amazing person. It started with the fact that upon check-in they were brought to a room without windows, although a superior room was paid for, with the words "there is no other room", and after "I did not confirm the reservation", then.... "Yes, I did. Please check in." In general, in this hotel you can definitely forget about sleep and about hot water in the evenings. Constantly, one of the tourists at the reception complained about the conditions in the room. They were told that I'm sorry, there are no other numbers. Very strange behavior.
