Disgusting experience with this clinic. He was on January 21, 2025, with suspected cracked or fractured ribs. First, there are 3 people in the insurance department, then there are 5 people at the reception. The card was filled out at the reception and sent to the 4th floor without an office number. I walked around the 4th floor and found a doctor's office. There is no doctor on site. I waited for 30 minutes. The doctor said that he had been sent to the wrong doctor, but he issued a referral for an X-ray and sent it to the administration for a seal, and then to the insurance department. The insurance department agreed on an X-ray. They said it wasn't their fault, it was my fault that the doctor was the wrong one. There are 10+ people waiting for the X-ray. I didn't wait any longer, but went to another clinic.
