Unfortunately, my experience at the @easybar_lida establishment was very disappointing, mainly due to the waitress Sasha's service. She was not polite, rude and obviously not interested in her work, as she was constantly on the phone. We had to wait too long before we were served, and even after that Sasha kept forgetting our orders and making mistakes. It ruined our evening. It should also be noted that her behavior was not professional – she was not attentive and annoyed. We didn't get the attention and respect you'd expect in a place like this. I really hope that the management will pay attention to this review and take measures to improve the quality of service. Otherwise, I no longer plan to visit @easybar_lida and will not recommend this place to my friends.

We booked a table for a birthday celebration, when we arrived, the chairs were designed for a smaller number of people, the namewoman had to drag the chair herself. The reservation was created at 9:30, at 9:45 they just started serving snacks. The hot rolls were served BEFORE our arrival. We booked the table in advance, no one said that 15 rubles per person for admission. When we ordered a hookah, the hookah man said that we only had a hookah for an hour, the coals had never been turned over in an hour. The receipt included extra meals and drinks that we didn't even order. Forgot to pay 100 rubles in advance. When we were standing on the street, the hookah man was smoking and a cat was walking there, this man hit him with all the aggression from his foot. There are no complaints about food and music, the food is delicious, the music is good!

After an unsuccessful attempt to seat us at a 4-seater, where there were 6 empty plates, they placed us at a table that was also booked, but from a later time. And for those people, the bar staff had to move other tables... It seemed to us that the troubles were already over, but no! The "cherry on the cake" was the bill for 51 bel. rub. more! There were 5 bottles of water instead of 2, they "ate" additional vegetables and meat)) Everything, of course, was immediately recalculated, but the "sediment remained". Plus, the bar has a nice cozy interior, delicious dishes and their serving. You can visit, but just be very careful)

Очень вкусная еда! Очень! Но админ откровенно забила и пренебрегала двумя посетителями на летней террасе, забыла принести меню, не принимали заказ, про блюда приходилось постоянно напоминать (видимо, не было ощущения, что два человека сделают чек такой же, как и компании из 5-6 людей). Но девочка-официанта вытащила всю ситуацию, спасибо ей, что всегда старалась быть с нами в контакте. К слову, в зале работает бронь, но за два часа я не смогла дозвониться до бара ни по одному из указанных номеров. Владельцы бара, на субботу выводите больше персонала, они не успевают. А в целом бар хороший, уютный, все аккуратно и стильно. Рекомендую к посещению, только бронируйте стол, или про вас тупо забудут

ОЧЕНЬ ДОЛГАЯ ПОДАЧА! Ждали бургер 2 часа! В итоге он оказался посредственным и точно не стоит того. Сет суш ждали полтора часа. В итоге они оказались на 2 из 10! К ним не принесли ни палочек, ни тарелок(заказывали на 4, и официантка было уведомлена об этом) В общем никому не советую сюда идти
