It looks like an inconspicuous little cafe, which was recommended to us by the Russians who work in our hotel.
We were there once, but I liked everything). On the second floor there are comfortable tables and sofas, there is a toilet (though for three). The ordered food was served upstairs quickly, everything was delicious. It is said that many locals and people working there use this cafe.

Russian Russian is on the menu, and the staff speaks Russian. It's clean, there are outlets. The food is delicious. There is a landing on the street, but the road is noisy.
