We had a rest in early May. In general, I liked everything, it was clean and tidy. Daily cleaning, it was always clean. The rooms are standard, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, everything is in working order. The sea is nearby, you can walk, or you can take a bus (it travels regularly). The sea is clean, beautiful, and the water is clear. The entry into the sea is good, it was important because I can't swim. The reef is not very rich, but we liked it as we were not sophisticated. It was windy in the evening, even cool in the early days. But we like it so much when it's not very hot. Those who like direct heat should take this into account.
The hotel is on the outskirts, it's also worth considering, we liked that it was quiet, without city noise. We went out for a walk in the evening and went to the store and pharmacy a couple of times (we went to a Russian pharmacy and there was a store with fixed prices nearby, for those who do not like to bargain, the prices are normal and adequate).
The hotels have a small water park, which operates according to a certain schedule. Lots of pools, beautiful, well-maintained territory.
The food is delicious and varied, in my opinion, even fastidious people can choose something for themselves. Seafood is served once a week.
The wine is diluted. Cocktails and beer are good.
There are 4 restaurants on site, and you can go to 1 for free. We were in Italian, we liked everything. My husband just had a birthday, they congratulated him and treated him to a cake, it was unexpected and pleasant.
In general, all the staff is pleasant, everyone is well treated, attentive. If something was wrong, they always listened to the requests.
Special thanks to the animators. It was always fun and interesting. We went to yoga, zumba, and water aerobics all the time. There were various shows and entertainment in the evening. Thanks to Vika, Aurora, Roni, Ali and all the animators.
The two hotels are located on the same territory, so you could go to the neighboring hotel for evening entertainment. No one forbade it, the only hotel there is for adults, without children.
We recommend the hotel, we left a good impression!!! Thank you for a great time.

Nice hotel, solid four.

and the mattresses in the rooms are hard, it feels like you're sleeping on planks.
Despite the fact that it is located in a bay, it is not an option for a beach holiday in January. The hotel is located in an open space, next to the airport - there is a place for the wind to roam. We arrived in the middle of January - the wind outside the window was howling all night. It's not much better during the day.
If you are relaxing in Charm at this time, then it is better to go to the Old Town area. There's a closed bay and less wind.
Therefore, you can't do without warm clothes: sneakers, insulated jackets, tracksuits with hoods. If you take shorts, then only one and below the knees) Forget about dresses altogether. I've packed a whole suitcase full of unnecessary things, don't repeat my mistakes.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2025. The territory is very beautiful! Especially in the evening, when the lights are on. Several pools, bars next to the pools and on the beach, there are slides. The sea is nearby, there is a bus to the beach according to the schedule (you can take it in one minute or even less). Five minutes walk to the beach. There are fruit parties on Mondays, with a wide variety of fruits. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they are also available, but not in such a variety. The food, of course, is for the amateur. But you won't stay hungry. Their traditional pastries are very tasty. Animation programs every day: both in the afternoon and in the evening, for children and for adults. The animation guys are doing great!
During your stay at the hotel, you can visit one of the restaurants located on site, you need to register at the reception. We were in Vostochny, we really liked it, the food was delicious, and we also congratulated you on your birthday.
Many people bring medicines from Egypt, and the guides offer to take them to the pharmacy for free. Don't agree! Those pharmacies where the guides send them have a good percentage. It's better to go to a pharmacy not far from the hotel, there are reasonable prices and there is a Russian-speaking employee who can advise you.
What I didn't like: the reception specifically hints that if you want a normal room, you need to pay. Otherwise, they will settle either above the kitchen, where fans are constantly making noise, or in a room with a view of the construction site.

We rested from 04/24/2025 for 10 days. A good hotel, justifies its 4*!!! The food is good and varied. Fruits, vegetables, delicious fish, beef, in general, decent food!
The staff is friendly, cleaning every day! Linen, towels- everything is clean, boiling white!
The territory is huge, beautiful, well-groomed!!!
An open bus runs to the sea, every 10 minutes. But we walked and breathed the air.😊
The weather is perfect!!! It's warm +32 in the afternoon, it's really fresh in the evening, +26.
The beach is nice, well maintained, bar, deck chairs, everything is decent!!! There were enough deck chairs for everyone!!!
There are fish, different, but not many. There were a lot of purple jellyfish, they were safe.

One of the huge disadvantages is food. Very poor and monotonous breakfasts. There's nothing to eat anyway, and the breakfasts are just eggs and tomatoes. One of our friends caught a hair in his food during lunch , you know…
The staff is so-so, the cleaning is bad. If you ask for something, you wait half a day. You start swearing, they carry you right away.
New Year's Eve is generally trash. We made a buffet, well, can you imagine what was there?:kilometer-long queues, everyone quarreled, because the Russians do not want to wait and do not know how. At 24:00, everything was already cleared from the tables, and if someone is not full, then this is his problem.
They brought their own alcohol, and only beer was drunk from local alcohol. Wine is impossible to drink, like vinegar.
The animation is good, the guys are trying, it shows. And I also really didn't like that they categorically don't include Russian songs. You can see why. She came up and asked..they refused.
I do not recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for all May holidays, 10 days
+ Beautiful well-maintained green area, lots of flowers. That's where the advantages end for me. We have been to Egypt 3 times before, both at 4* and 5*, there is something to compare it with.
- Check-in: we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m., at 10:30 we put on bracelets, at 14:10 we were offered to change economy to standard for $100, although we had a standard with a view of the garden. After the proceedings and with a request to call the manager (I wasn't going to pay extra for what I already bought), they checked us in with a view of part of the garden and another hotel. The room was normal, the air conditioner wasn't working, and we were waiting for it to be fixed. There is no cleaning, only beds are made and water is put on. The floors are not washed at all, the towels are not changed, the beach towels are all washed, the bed linen is snow-white, but it has never been changed in 10 days. Coffee/tea in the room was served for 2 people instead of 3.
The guide (from Coral): inadequate, answered questions with aggression, apparently because we knew a lot without him, x 10% of important information, the remaining 90% is the sale of excursions.
Food: the first 3 days are normal, then monotony, you can find something tolerable for lunch and dinner. Once there was even seafood (crabs and shrimps). There is nothing unusual about the fruits: tasteless melon, tangerines, dates, unripe guava, bananas, 1 piece of physalis. Delicious coffee and tasteless powdered drinks, of course, there were also soda.
It is impossible to eat on the terrace at lunch, because the heat is unbearable, and there are not enough places for everyone in the restaurant. The waiters are normal, smiling and friendly, but there are inadequate ones with angry eyes who can throw the dishes on the table because we moved the tables (we were 2 families). Moreover, we were not the only ones who shifted...
Alcohol: beer was poured through I don't want, all the while saying, buy for $ 2 and drink as much as you want. The same thing happens on the beach and by the pools (apparently according to the regulations). They didn't drink strong drinks, it's not interesting.
Beach (sea): there are not enough sun beds for 2 hotels, it is very crowded. Despite the heat, the sea was cool, and there was a breeze in the morning (just like in December). The wildlife is sparse, with frequent low tide. Shuttles travel, you don't have to wait long. Walking at a steady pace 5-10 min walk.
Animation: they say it's good, but we haven't attended a mini-disco, it's all the same.
Infrastructure: there is none, the area is just being built up, only Soho Square is nearby.
In the evening, after dinner, I want to sit, but there is nowhere. There are no benches on the territory, you have to sit by the pools, either in the lobby, or go to your room.
Conclusion: the hotel is disgusting, or rather the people who work in it. I've never had such a bad impression, I've turned a blind eye to a lot of things, because there are disadvantages everywhere, but THIS IS just SOMETHING! Thanks for the ruined vacation )
Maybe we're just "unlucky." 😅

This Akhmet promised to write to everyone who was at the meeting so that we could contact him, but he dumped us. The food is the same every day. There are very few fruits, only bananas, oranges and dates, once they got on melon and strawberries. There were no crabs or shrimps. Chicken, beef, one kind of fish. The rooms are poorly cleaned, very dirty. They even gave me goodies and a dollar, they don't clean well, the animation on the beach is good, the animators are funny. On the very first night, our whole family was bitten by some insects in the room, I'm afraid it was bedbugs. They asked me to change my underwear, and there were fewer bites. Whiskey, rum, wine, beer is fast. A lot of people complained about bites, and people changed their numbers, but still someone bit them. And by the way, a la carte restaurants are supposed to go to all of them (they have 4 restaurants), and when you visit, they say only one, you can go to all of them once a week. A large group of us gathered and that's how this hotel greeted us. We were told directly .. There is no beer , take cocktails , which , by the way, are SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE to drink in this hotel. I have never tasted a delicious free alcoholic cocktail. Although in other hotels they were cooked amazingly and for free.

A very unpleasant aftertaste remained after the departure of our friends home . They were charged $150 for allegedly breaking the TV, even though they hadn't even turned it on. We stayed at the hotel from February 19th to March 3rd. I can confidently recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a good rest. To begin with, all the staff is as polite and courteous as possible. Every waiter, cleaning staff, receptionist, and so on always greet, smile, ask how you are, if you like everything, and take into account all the wishes of the guests. The rooms are comfortable, there are no problems with hot water, cleaning is carried out daily, they always make different figures out of towels. The restaurant is great, we never stayed hungry, even though my friend and I are picky about food, the only thing was not enough fruit, but not critically. There are also 4 on-site restaurants, Oriental, Chinese, Mexican, Italian. All are good, but Italian is the best.
Russian Russian is well spoken by Arabs, but there are also Russian animators who try very hard, and the program is varied every day, suitable for every taste and age. We went to the club 2 times, much better than in St. Petersburg and Moscow, so if you like, feel free to go, everything is safe, the animators are watching you every second. By the way, we often went to the neighboring Sharm hotel, it is 13+, there are no restrictions at all if you are without children. We also took drinks there, and swam in the pools there, we went to evening shows, it's allowed.
As for the beach, we went every day, they always do stretching, zumba, bocce, darts in the morning. There are friendly bartenders on the beach (as well as everywhere else), insanely delicious pizza. The entrance to the water is sandy, very pleasant, and there is also a pantone (about 2.5 meters deep). There is a coral reef, but the fish swim there according to their mood. There were days when there were plenty of them, and there were days when there were none at all because of the low tide. The water is warm even in February, the lifeguard is always watching, never left for a minute. And in general, it is clear that the beach is well cared for, the sun beds are in good condition, there is no debris, glass, cigarette butts, glasses in the sand.
I recommend safari and diving among the excursions. I can say with confidence that diving in Ras Mohammed is the best thing I've ever seen in my life. I was scuba diving for the first time, nothing complicated, a beautiful sight, you won't see it anywhere except the red sea, I'll remember it for the rest of my life.

I was on vacation with a friend in early July 2024. The hotel was very comfortable in everything! The territory is compact and beautiful! The sea is nearby, it is very important to me)) It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. You can also take a bus. The room is cleaned constantly, clean, the air conditioner works well. If there are any shortcomings in the room, then they are immediately corrected! The room is spacious and bright! All employees of the hotel work harmoniously, smilingly, calmly! Interesting animation for adults and children! In the evenings, there is an incendiary dance floor, the singer sings, it's a lot of fun! The restaurant is gorgeous, we ate so much that we couldn't stop))!

Recently returned from vacation. The hotel is great! Almost all rooms have a view of the pool.It's sunny and cozy. Cleaning every day. Thanks a lot to Hamada, who faithfully does his job (we lived in the second building). The food was great, varied, there were 3-4 types of meat, fish was constantly.Once during our 11-day stay there was seafood. It's cool! This almost never happens in other hotels.The pastries are varied, always fresh and delicious. They gave a lot of different fruits. We ate guavas to satiety. No one has limited it. We are currently staying at this hotel. We are here from March 21st to March 27th. I'll describe it briefly, and if it helps anyone decide, I'll be glad. The territory is not large, but very cozy - 5+, the rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is 5+, we did not understand why, but at times we personally did not have hot water in our room, it seemed to be, but it was funny with cold water - it was comfortable to wash hands/feet, wash small things, but in order to to get under it - brrrr, we have addressed this issue twice, so far to no avail. There are many pools, 3 large ones without heating, a 60cm heated children's pool and a pool with an aquapark - without heating. They drank beer from alcohol, took red/ white wine, whiskey and coke. The beer is fine, I didn't like the wine, and we don't recommend whiskey and Coke (it tastes disgusting), but you can take rum and Coke - it's decent. There is no beer in the main restaurant, only in the on-site bars. Beer and other drinks in bars are poured into 100g plastic cups made of very soft plastic (they crumple in your hands, you need to carry them carefully under the neck). In the main restaurant, drinks are poured into glass. You make tea and coffee yourself in small paper cups. The food is a small giveaway, lots of people at the opening of the restaurant. Everyone is standing still in line. Who gets what?)) for those who came first, there is certainly more choice) delicious rice, there are different varieties, beef stroganoff, beef stew as gravy. The chicken is a bit harsh. Various vegetable stews, beans, etc. are offered. And most importantly, for those who care, there are no snacks. They're kind of there, after the restaurants close, after breakfast, after lunch, the leftovers of pastries are taken out to the bars, but there's so little of it and it immediately disappears... People go to the nearby Ivy Lilac Charm hotel, the hotels are not separated by a fence, so the adults of our hotel can use the infrastructure of that hotel, but without children, because the hotel is 13+.

I had my first vacation in Egypt, Turkey is better!!!! There is no food from 10:00 to 13:00!If you overslept breakfast, you're still hungry until lunch ! I don't usually write reviews of hotels, but here I want to leave a detailed review so that there is understanding.
We had a vacation in April 2025.
First, the overall rating of the hotel, and then in more detail on the nuances - weak 4.
1. The territory. Probably the most important advantage of the hotel, which does not give it 3 stars. Two hotels have been combined, Island and Sharm. A huge well-groomed territory, there is a place to walk.
2. Rooms. That's where the nuances begin. The hotel underwent renovation in 2022. There are new buildings, there are old ones. Upon arrival, almost everyone is accommodated in the old remote building. Where it smells bad, the location is far away, there is no balcony, there is almost no hot water, the safe does not work, there is no drinking water, etc.
3. Staff. In continuation of the second point. We were not satisfied with this number, so we went to change it right away. We were ready to pay extra for the room upgrade right away. They didn't change anything for us on the first day. On the third approach to the reception, they just started being rude. No one wants to solve your problem, they just send you and give you breakfast. There are also nice, friendly guys, but at the reception, get ready that they won't want to help you.
4. New number. On the second day after the 5th call, they nevertheless agreed to change our room and move us to a new building with a balcony. 10 $ per day. There were no questions about the second number.
5. Nutrition. The breakfasts were very sad and meager, we personally had almost nothing to eat from the offerings. Lunches and dinners are good, there is no abundance, but you will not go hungry. Beef is cooked very well. In general, nutrition corresponds to the weak four.
6. The beach. The beach is a 10-minute walk away or a bus runs. The promenade is pleasant, and you can walk. The beach is sandy. There is a bar where there is almost nothing except basic beer and cola with water. attention. There is a shortage of umbrellas on the beach. And then the interesting practice of this particular hotel turns on. We came early, took good seats under the umbrella. But the hotel staff considers it normal to bring other people to you. That is, you swim, you come, and you have 3 more people under the umbrella... unpleasant, unfair, disgusting practice.
7. The sea. Nice clear sea. There is both access from the shore and from the bridges. If you are afraid of sharks, it is better to enter from the shore.
8. Animation. Good, lots of activities for children and adults.
Bottom line: you can't raise your hand to give 3 stars, but it's a weak four, as there is a strange attitude of the staff towards tourists and an unwillingness to go to a meeting.

You stayed at the hotel in August, the hottest month for Egypt, but this is probably the only negative. We got a spacious room with a view of the hotel and the central alley. Hair dryer, refrigerator, air conditioning were working,towels were changed every 3 days, rooms were cleaned daily, with high quality (Mustafa- respect!) There are several pools on site, both for adults and children, some pools with slides (open on time), there is a separate water park for children (!!), security staff are on duty at all pools. A shuttle takes you to the beach, 7-8 minutes on foot, the beach is equipped, there are enough sun loungers and umbrellas, there is a clean toilet, after sunset the beach and pools are closed.I would like to say separately about animation and entertainment programs. Aqua aerobics is held daily at all pools, fitness gymnastics (warm-up, yoga, etc.) are held by the pool on the beach. All animators are active and smiling, they remembered Vika and Dasha more. We also saw the Olympic Games on the beach (it was fun)), colorful national dances performed by musicians (they raise half the beach, everyone dances with pleasure), foam parties were held repeatedly, both here and in the neighboring Charm. The evening shows were also impressive. I especially remember the Tanura dance (originally a male dance with skirts), it's just a miracle, especially if you're watching it for the first time!The water show (flyboard, or flying over the water) is also very cool, a Flyer show, the show "Mr. and Mrs. of the hotel". In general, the entertainment program for adults is very versatile. There are few fruits: melons and dates every day, oranges, grapefruit were occasionally added to them, more often grapes (Turkey, of course, is a priority in terms of fruits)) A pleasant bonus to the trip was a visit to three a la carte restaurants: Chinese, Mexican and oriental. The oriental restaurant is located on the territory of the Siren Charm steam hotel, the dinner was held to symphonic music (a very successful find, in my opinion)).The hotel staff publicly congratulated the birthday people every day, it was solemn and exciting at the same time (I remember that on my husband's birthday in a Turkish hotel I only managed to beg a candle for a mini-cake)).In short, our vacation was a success, for which many thanks to all the hotel staff without exception!!

But this is normal for Egypt, they cook worse than the Turks. There is only a pharmacy outside the territory. The sea is good, but in winter it is cold and windy. There are no heated pools. We rested in the beginning.November 24 at the Ivy Cyrene adult only Hotel. And there is another Cyrene adjacent - with children.
The sea is 500 m away along an asphalt path from the mountain. The beach is private, for 2 hotels. You can take a bus, but for active people without small children, it doesn't make much sense to wait for it. The path looks safe, viewed by a security guard. There are no stalls, Bedouins with camels, pesky sellers on the road. It is quite possible to walk, we have never waited for a bus.
On the shore there is a swimming pool, toilet, showers, free sun loungers, a bar. But there is no lunch in the bar, this is unusual. Only Tea, water, lemonade, beer, cocktails, ice cream. And we have to go back to the hotel for lunch. They never returned to the sea for the second time. The animation is active. On the beach, exercise, zumba dancing or others, volleyball. There are entertainment programs in the evening, but it's not every day.
We had a problem with towels and linen when checking in. But it was decided at the janitor's level, I changed it. And I took my towels just in case, I remembered that I was not going to "5".
The territory is small, but comfortable. There is nothing around the hotel. There's nowhere to go for a walk here, unless you take a taxi. There are a couple of shops in the main building next to the reception. There are souvenirs, beach clothes, etc., some cosmetics, sweets and household goods. And there are a couple of stalls on the beach.
Plan your leisure time in advance, excursions, board games with you.
The specifics of the hotel without children were understood only on the spot. The main entertainment is drinking, feasting and partying. Songs and dances. It's all late. Well, we normally fall asleep, it doesn't bother.
Meal. In general, it was standard, but the meat and fish dishes were always delicious, which pleasantly surprised me. A good cook. For lunch, there are usually a couple of types of meat, one fish, 2 types of soups, always stewed / steamed vegetables, several dishes, various pastries. Coffee from the coffee machine, a couple of types to choose from, cocoa, tea bags of a couple of types. There is enough food for everyone.

Sea. There is a sand at the entrance, a shallow and shallow entrance, and for those who want to go deeper - a pontoon. You can go down from it immediately to the depth. We had a rest in early May 2024 at the Ivy cyrene island 4-star hotel, with the whole family, with children. The hotel has a second building, there are 18+ children there. The room is cleaned every day. Towels are changed every day and beach towels too. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, 1 for children, 60 cm, 2 large ones 110 cm each. There is a bar by the pool where drinks are served. The sun beds are always free. The water temperature in the pool is normal, it is cleaned every day. Children's animation is held daily, during the day they draw, play, in the evening: children's mini disco, children really like it. There is also a show program for adults. The animators are very good, active, smiling, and play well with children. Thank them for that. It is clear that they love their work! It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, or by an open bus. There is also a bar, sun beds and a variety of programs on the beach. Exercise + in the pool and volleyball. There are small shops and excursions. The sea is beautiful, warm, you can see a lot of different fish without a mask)) The tour was taken from the guide. This is a boat trip with diving with masks and fins + a restaurant. The second evening tour of the city, inexpensive and interesting for the first time. There is a shop next to the hotel, it is cheaper to take goods there.
