The best car rental service on the South Turkish coast! By all accounts.
I wanted to make a tour of Turkey in my car to visit the sea, the mountains, and fly balloons in the valley in the fall of 2024, but it didn't work out because of the general tension in the world, and in Georgia in particular (all the relatives were very worried). I had to fly only to the sea in Belek. If you can still get to Antalya from there by bus (albeit for a long time) or by taxi, then you can only get to neighboring Side by public transport, which is why taxis charge double. Therefore, we decided to rent a car to go wherever we want and at a convenient time.
Hassan is the owner of a car rental company. I contacted him via WhatsApp. He outlined the cars available at that time, and the prices for them, and the time of the proposed lease. But the plans changed that day, as I wrote in "Ivicars". They reacted calmly and with Oriental wisdom: they say, "well, nothing happens, we are always waiting for you!".
Nevertheless, they couldn't sit still and after 2 days they agreed on a lease again. We ordered a Renault Clio, on an automatic machine. We also received a Wi-Fi router with Internet as a gift (the traffic on the SIM card has just dried up)).
Pros: + the car is surprisingly roomy (it was comfortable for me, under 1 meter and 80 cm);
+ provided a child safety seat;
+ low gas consumption (we refueled once and had enough);
+ the car was delivered directly to the hotel;
+ Hassan himself(!!!) he told me where to look when accepting the car (chips, scratches, dents), advised me to take not only photos, but also to shoot a video in a circle, from the threshold level to the roof;
+ we quickly completed the necessary paperwork;
+ very customer-oriented service: shoals and 15-minute lateness were given up (we promised to be more punctual in the future))
+ Russian, English, Turkish, etc. languages of communication: as if the person studied in a Russian school or in England somewhere other than Turkey
+ all the things we took with us and the purchases made during the trips fit comfortably in the trunk;
+ overall, a very pleasant rental experience.
Minus: - the ground clearance of the "Clio" is small, therefore, I was always careful at the exit to the underground parking lot at the very end, when the slope turns horizontal, and before that there is also a speed bump. Well, I kicked everyone out of the car salon in the parking lot of the Paloma Grida, where there are very broken tiles in the parking lot (not at all to match this really good hotel).
We didn't get any fines, we were careful with the car, we kept up with the mileage, the amount of gasoline at the time of delivery of the car coincided with the level at reception (although it seemed to me that it turned out a little less at the time of delivery, and I wanted to pay extra, but Hassan said that everything was as it was).
