I ordered headphones through the kaspi 80k store, I've arranged it, and I'm waiting. Three days pass, and they haven't even sent it for transportation. I call support, and then they call me back: something's wrong, our order didn't show up, blah, blah, blah, please re-order again. OK, okay, I've re-ordered, I'm waiting. A day or two passes, I call them myself: is everything okay? Will you send the order? They asked for the order number - yes, everything is fine, don't worry, everything will arrive on time. OK, I'm waiting further. Two or three more days pass, they call themselves: oh, but we don't have them, order others. The POC, the utter incompetence of the store and its employees, fired me for a week just like that, thank you very much. They sell goods that are out of stock, in fact, they order themselves when they receive an order through the store and fly by, and you along with them. Overbiddings are common.
