I insisted that they take the laptop and diagnose it. The employee asked me to demonstrate the problem clearly. I started typing the first thing that came to mind and that damn "o" was added everywhere.
When he began to check, he typed with two index fingers extremely slowly and carefully, as a result, the "o" did not come out anywhere.
A special program similar to the "on-screen keyboard" did not show accidental clicks.
As a result, he told me that we would not prove to the manufacturer that this was a warranty case. They say you'd better take your laptop and don't whine.
But I left it anyway.
As a result, after a week of "diligent" diagnostics, I was told that the problem had not been detected and we would not repair it, especially since traces of liquid, dirt, etc. were found on the keyboard again, as if I was not working at home but at the bottom of the ocean damn.
I asked for the director's phone number.
The director said that he was aware of the situation and offered to prove to his suppliers that the keyboard was not working properly.
