This provider does not provide technical support, and responses to requests are received only once every two days. The Internet speed is lower than stated in the tariff, and the cost of services is very high. In addition, many Russian websites are down, which creates serious problems. That's just terrible. The provider's website looks outdated, as if it hasn't been updated since 2006.

I have been a subscriber of this provider for more than 10 years and there are no complaints about the service. 24/7 support generally "drags" those. They are engaged in the provision of Internet communication services at adequate rates.
