How this hotel got 5 stars is a mystery! Apart from the well-thought-out and rebuilt beach at the time, everything else clearly falls short of 3 stars.
To begin with, the hotel has a very strange architecture: there are absolutely microscopic promo rooms without windows, there are rooms with a view of the wall, walkways, and the next room.
When booking a trip, I immediately paid for a standard room with a sea view. We settled, indeed, with a view of the sea. The room is small with a spacious loggia. But that was the end of all the pleasant things.
The furniture in the room is made of chipboard and completely destroyed.
The rooms are cleaned very poorly: dust, dirt, streaks and stains on mirrors and glass everywhere; on the first day we found some kind of bottle and cap left by previous guests behind the bedside table; old cotton pads and some papers in the drawer under the TV.
Only 5 towels are laid out for two (2 for the face, 2 bath towels and 1 foot towel!).
There are no bathrobes and they do not give them, even if you ask.
The food is very monotonous. There was a daily queue for hot dishes. Of course, you will not starve to death, but the table here clearly does not correspond to a five-star hotel!
The animation is very weak.
The cleaning of the territory also leaves much to be desired.
Wi-Fi is a separate song! I haven't seen such a weak and uncertain signal for a long time! If you need to be in touch all the time, download files and check your mail for work, you are not in this hotel!
The contingent is Turks and Russians (50x50%), which is very strange for Bodrum.
In general, this hotel did not leave a very pleasant impression. This is not the place where you would like to return, and definitely not the hotel that you can recommend to your friends and family!
