There were some unpleasant moments in our order that require attention. Unfortunately, we found hair in one of the baked goods, so we had to return it. Also note that the portion sizes of the cakes are very large and not very convenient for consumption. It would be much better if the portions were made smaller and, perhaps, at a more affordable price.
A separate issue is the automatic inclusion of 10% service charge in the bill. We would like to understand for which services this fee is charged, because in the case when there are shortcomings, such a mandatory charge is puzzling.
We hope that these comments will help the institution to improve the quality of service and make the visit more pleasant for guests.
