We were at the hotel from 13 to 19 June. One word is delight. We were welcomed as the most dear guests, very helpful staff. The rooms are clean and bright. The interior of the hotel is stylish. All our wishes were solved with ease. It's 5 minutes to the sea, even with two three-year-olds. Great view of the mountains. Delicious food and drinks. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! And for the complete coincidence of "expectation/reality" in a good sense of the word)

Iiiii.... So I'll start… I flew to Turkey with my child for the first time, there is nothing to compare it with, but it's something with something!!!! Single girls do not need to go to this hotel , you will not be allowed to relax there, with your annoying command!!!! The food is scarce, even for 4.... Breakfasts are generally terrible, there is nothing to eat, but you will not stay hungry, alcohol is diluted, the staff is naughty, boors, hiding from guests at the bar so as not to pour you a drink, deception is all around.... As for the animation, two guys, fluent in Russian , Running and Headlights , handsome , entertain children, adults too)))))In general, I advise only animators, they really know their job, they are very positive , kind ... As for the rest, I will not come back here anymore!!!

Hello. We had a rest for 7 people. We all enjoyed it very much. The food is good, delicious, Fruits were given every day. The variety of fruits certainly surprised us. We counted nine species. Even in the top five, they don't give it that way, 3-4 kinds at most. The room was cleaned every day. The staff is friendly. The sea is 5 minutes away. There were always sun beds. I always rested at 5, this hotel is no worse than 5. I recommend. You'll like it. I would like to thank Esra, who cleaned the rooms, all the working staff, the guys did well. The only thing was there was no disco. The animators are great.!

They apologized to us, said it was a mistake, the Internet was distributed, but it was bad, we were told that it catches well in the room in the toilet for some reason. The hotel fully justifies its 4 Stars! You can see right at every step - at the reception, in the dining room, on the beach how they all try to do their job well! The hotel owner keeps track of everything in the hotel every day! The rooms are excellent-after renovation. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar in the room. You will never stay hungry there for sure-the dining room, of course, is not for 5 stars, but there is plenty of food. The sea is the purest! The water at the end of August was 30 degrees!

We had a rest with my wife from 08/09/2012. to
08/16/12. Everything was fine. The beach is not far away, there are plenty of sun beds. The hotel is normal, there are not many rooms, great for a family holiday. The room on the ground floor is not large but neat, nice balcony, air conditioning worked. Towels were changed, the room was cleaned every day. The food is at the highest level. There was meat every day, different cooking, fish, a lot of fruits, 9 types, a lot of cheeses and sweets. There were no queues. There were a lot of drinks in the bar and as many as you want, whiskey and beer were good. Is the Sedat bartender always in his place when he's just resting? And always friendly and smiling Ayhan. Special thanks to them. In general, the hotel can be given a five, although it is a 4-star, but probably one of the best fours. And the location in a cozy, small and picturesque place Chamyuva near Kemer.

A very average hotel, it is not clear why there are so many enthusiastic reviews on other resources. A rather modest foursome, we didn't expect anything supernatural, but we still wanted the food to be at least on the level.
1. The hotel has no territory, only a swimming pool. It's close to the sea, walking almost in a straight line.
2. The rooms are tired, albeit relatively with a fresh renovation. Everything is dirty, ants in the room. The room is small, but there is enough space for two. Every evening there was music from nearby hotels, in the morning a call to prayer.
3. Nutrition. Meager. More or less it was only on the Turkish night. For breakfast: fried eggs, pancakes, boiled eggs, sausages (there were only 2 times), omelette sometimes, porridge. Standard - spreadings, vegetables. From fruits tasteless watermelon, grapes more or less, plums, oranges.
4. Swimming pool. The bar is better than on the beach. Burgers, potatoes. But dirty glasses, they are not washed, but simply rinsed. Ice cream from 16 to 16.30, delicious, but why so limited in time? There are 2 slides, even enough of them, adults and children enjoyed riding.
5. The beach. Umbrellas absolutely do not cover from the sun, they are small and you need to look for a place under the shade. On the beach there are only soft drinks, burgers, French fries (inedible). The sea is perfectly transparent, the entrance on the pebbles is tolerable, aquanosks were not even needed. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, they came at 8:30, almost everyone was free.
6. Towels are given out on a $10 deposit. Absolutely everyone was stained. And you need to go down to the spa every time, where on the first day, as usual, they begin to pester and impose a hammam and massage, at first they are kind, after you refuse, they don't even say hello (a classic of Turkey).
7. Animation. We've never been to the evening shows. Judging by how sluggish the animators themselves are during the day, there was no desire to attend the show in the evening. Daytime entertainment in the classics: yoga, aqua aerobics, water polo, darts.
8. Paid Wi-Fi, we knew about it and immediately bought a SIM card, much more profitable, the Internet is faster and always in touch.

We had a rest with our daughter (13 years old) from 06/27-05.07. we flew by Aeroflot, took our own transfer, so we arrived at the hotel quickly. We were alone, we were immediately settled, the time was about 17 o'clock, the girl at the reception did not understand Russian, we communicated through an interpreter.
We were given a room on the 1st floor, right next to the staff rest room and laundry room... there was probably a garbage dump nearby, since the smell was not pleasant. On the balcony, only things were dried. The room is clean, the air conditioning worked well. The only thing we asked to change the pillows, because they were very high, we could not sleep on them. There are no mosquitoes, but 1 cockroach ran big ☹️ Bought wifi for $ 10 in 7 days. It doesn't catch in the room, only at the door. At the reception, at the beach and at the pools, he catches, well, when there are a lot of people, he turns off.
In terms of food ... the choice is small, you will find something to eat, well, just very modestly. My daughter only ate mashed potatoes at lunch, she doesn't eat meat, and she rarely had fish at lunch. Although there is food all day, breakfast, then a snack, the tortillas are baked delicious, then lunch, then another snack (then there were dumplings, then balanese)
The pool is warm, with slides. There are not enough sunbeds anymore, they are being put out of spare ones.
The beach is small, there were enough sun loungers. You don't need to borrow in the morning. Burgers, fries, popcorn, water, beer, juices are on the beach. From 16.00 - 16.30 they give out ice cream, the queues are huge. They begin to gather about 10 minutes before the start of the issue and the tail before the reception. It's better to take ice cream on the beach, there's no one there.
There is no animation. There was no water aerobics, there is volleyball on the beach. Mini disco, but there is no show, live music, guess the melody, belly dancing, on Turkish night, it's on Tuesdays, some dancers came, well, it's not interesting.
The bar is open until 22.00 and everyone goes to bed. There's beer, wine, gin, vodka, something else in the bar... I don't know, we didn't drink. The bartender was serving cocktails.
People have different vacations, a lot of locals. Everyone is communicating peacefully. No one bothered us with the massage, the guy showed the hamam, told us everything.
Near the hotel there is a Pharmacy, Migros, shopping malls.
The hotel is full now, there are already queues for food and for the bar, but grab everything

We are writing a review for the first time, if anything, I'm sorry. We had a rest in the Chamyuva Kemer mahalla in September 2023. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 a.m., we were met at the reception by friendly Shahzoda, Jeren and Emin (head of the SPA) who were before check-in (at 14:00 hours) we were immediately offered food from the road, shown in detail and told about the hotel, finding the beach (5-7 minutes slowly). Regarding the location of various shops and cultural sites in Chamyuva, we turned to the hotel guide Adnan (handsome chef), who even organized a free transfer to Kemer. The room is clean, the room is cleaned every day. The room has a TV, refrigerator and hairdryer.Wi-Fi is paid. The surrounding area is clean and cozy. The food was varied, fruits (watermelon, oranges, plums, grapes, apples) were given every day. Meat (chicken, turkey, beef, sometimes barbecue) and fish every day. I would especially like to mention the very tasty soups. The chefs are working 100 percent. The bar was open until 22:00, the bartender Mahsum made a variety of cocktails and various drinks. Very tasty beer. Animators Mustafa, Yakub and Arina were on top, various contests on the beach and near the pool, those who wanted were taken to clubs (Crystal, Aura) in Kemer for free in the evenings.The hammam is good, the massage therapists work in good faith. The staff is polite, helpful, and helped with any questions. The entrance to the sea is convenient, despite the pebble beach. There are always free deck chairs. The beach bar was open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation, I have something to compare it with (I had been to various hotels in Turkey 3 times before). As a wish, I would like to note: there is not enough toilet near the beach (we went to the neighboring Corn bar 300-350 meters), clean the beach more often, and wish vacationers not to litter as advice.

Long before the arrival of the guests, the waiters prepare tables and eating areas. When the flow of guests is constant for two hours, politeness and speed of guest service are very important. The Istanbul Beach Hotel restaurant welcomes guests with neat waiters. I would like to note the attention to the guests and the qualifications of the employee of the Ferhat restaurant. Without delay, he will prepare a table that you want to sit down at. Cleans empty plates and glasses from the table promptly, keeps the table clean. It seems that Ferhat always keeps the table in his field of vision, under control. He is always friendly, polite and courteous, it is clear that he is a professional in his field. Thanks to Ferhat, my daughter and I were happy to go to breakfast, lunch and dinner, knowing that we would eat delicious and in a pleasant atmosphere, as well as under Ferhat's careful care there would be no extra empty plates and cutlery on the table. They clean it every day. We took a family room with a view of the pool (great!) Conday is only in one room. And the kondey block is (!) on the balcony. The heat from it is incredible.
Excursions-tours across the street are cheaper than the guide's, we took them there (but we were unlucky, the bus broke down on the way. We waited 2 hours for it to be fixed)

We had a rest together in May 2022, we were placed quickly, we waited for only 20 minutes, the standard room is small, but clean, everything is brand new, apparently it was recently renovated. What is striking is that there are very few vacationers, probably this applies to all hotels in 2022. The food was very good, all fresh, varied meat, a lot of stewed vegetables, the first courses are very tasty, the meat on the grill is generally delicious, the desserts are quite decent, it is clear that the team is trying to do the most for the guests. The beach is 5 minutes away, the pebbles are average, it is desirable to have corals, the sea is wonderful, the hammam and massage have not worked with us yet, which was a shame. They paid with lira and a MIR card, where, as it were, lira was withdrawn from the card at ATMs or rubles were changed at the post office. The MIR card is accepted in many places, the Russian Visa and Mastercard do not work. I liked the rest, we will be happy to return to this hotel again

The hotel is more like a 3 than a 4. There is no kitchen from the word at all. Everything is kind of tasteless. The walls in the rooms are cardboard (you can even hear the neighbors thinking). I do not recommend the hotel, the price is too high. Plus, the proximity to the sea, but the beach is not well maintained - dirty deck chairs and mattresses, umbrellas are small, they do not give shade, garbage is underfoot. There is only juice from the tap on the beach. We went to the paid beach. The food is modest, we have not seen meat for 10 days (sausages and soy are not considered meat). There are no cocktails. Beer, wine, whiskey (not of the best quality).There is no territory.the anamation is terrible / the same music gets me every day. It rattles during the day, I don't know how the children sleep after lunch. In the evening, it also thunders until 11. Don't expect any help - bathing accessories have flown from the balcony down to the roof of the restaurant. They didn't want to help, we got them ourselves. An economy class hotel. There are a lot of gorgeous fours around.

We rested at the hotel from 20.08 to 3.08.22, arrived at the hotel at 23:00 and checked into a 2-bed room: this is where 2 beds were moved and another folding third was placed, but there were 2 adults and 2 children and we had to pass sideways in the room, there was no place left at all. Okay, I went to ask for another room, they said that this is the "standard", but you can come up in the morning and maybe they will find the room. There were also no rooms in the morning, but for an additional fee.the fee is $ 5 per day, you can rent a 4-seater the next day, pay extra, check in. In general, everything is fine, new renovation,everything is clean, cleaning every day, the waiters are great, the animators too. The food is delicious and grilled and the main table, potatoes and hamburgers sandwiches half the day by the pool, ice cream, there is a queue only in the morning when 1 female chef for the whole hotel fries fried eggs and pancakes on the grill. The beach is big, there are a lot of sun loungers, but it's a little dirty, Chamyuva is probably the most impetuous, but it's not noticeable because the sea is nearby))) Wi-Fi is paid, sometimes it catches 3G,the sauna is broken and repairs are not expected.

We rested from 11.10 to 17.10. Please note that this is a hotel, not a hotel. There is no territory nearby. The assortment of sweets is the same. We wanted to go to the hammam, but it was turned off for two days. In the evenings, for those who like to go to bed early, it did not work out. The music was blaring in the neighboring hotels until 23:45. On the plus side: clean, the room was cleaned (small rooms) every day. Wi-Fi is only available in the reception hall. If you want to have it in your room or on the beach, it's for a fee. The beach is great, there is a lot of space, there were enough sun beds. The sea was gorgeous. 5 min walk to the sea. Sea bar tea coffee drinks from the vending machine. There are no snacks. The staff is excellent and friendly. From 15 to 15:30 they gave ice cream, delicious.

We had a rest with a child from July 10 to July 19, 2019. The hotel has big problems with check-in! First, we were checked into the Las Palmeras *2 hotel, which is a kilometer further from the sea than Istanbul, referring to the fact that there are no available rooms... With the help of money, this issue could not be resolved and we drove to Las Palmeras angry. At the same time, we ate at Istanbul beach. After 3 days, we were moved to Istanbul. All the visiting tourists had similar problems! No one was immediately settled in Istanbul, people spent several days in other hotels. The food is generally normal, but the breakfasts are bad. For breakfast, eggs in all kinds, tasteless sweet porridge. It was impossible to eat sausage and cheese. Rooms are not always cleaned. In general, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, it is better to choose another hotel.

I was in this hotel after renovation and with a new name Istanbul. I had a rest from June 10 to June 2, 2019. I came with the children to a standard room. This room is for a maximum of two people, but no more. For $130, they gave a family room with a view of the pool. Good service and courteous staff. Very good food. Beef and turkey every day. Three times there was mutton and tuna.
