Good location, getting to the Istanbul Hava Kuvvetleri Müzesi Museum, located in close proximity to the Ataturk Airport, which is now closed for regular passenger traffic, is quite simple - a few minutes on foot from the Marmaray Yesilkey railway station or from the Hava Müzesi bus stop, which is accessible from the historical center (Palace Cape and the Eminönü area, near the Galata Bridge) runs the BN1 route.
It is better to choose a non-hot day or a time of day when it is cloudy if the visit takes place in summer, since the main exhibits are located in the open air.

Once upon a time there were days called Eagles week. Which are Solo Turkish shows organized by the Air Force Academy. I've been wanting to go and see it for a long time. It was finally granted. A beautiful museum with an entrance and parking for 90₺. There are old propeller planes inside, and newer generation planes outside. It may need some maintenance, but it is a beautiful museum that should also be seen for young children.
