Great location for a meal. Interior is nice. Dishes are delicious. Waiters and staff are polite and in good mood. It was my pleasure to visit this place. The place is full of people. Atmosphere is delightful. Definitely come back when here again ;)

We were here 2 years ago. There was a Turkish breakfast. It was delicious back then. We arrived in Balkhash and ordered doners - we haven't eaten anything like this yet. Doners should be called - "Minus the mouth and teeth" doners are infernally hot. The meat is dry, as if it was burned in the sun, the potatoes are no longer potatoes, but crackers or chips, there is no sauce at all, a little mayonnaise splashed, the pita bread is burnt, dry. When I bit through the pita bread, it broke and bit into the gum. I've never eaten such a terrible doner in my life. When you eat a Doner, you should get high, enjoying every bite, and not suffer from pain, making faces in agony. It's inedible to put it mildly. It's disgusting. Doner has never disappointed so much in his life. The staff did well. The only plus. That's it, there are no more words

Result:
• Friendly staff.
• Waiting time for American breakfast: 30 minutes.
• The dish did not meet expectations: the sausage is of poor quality and cold.
• The interior is 3.5 points out of 5: expensive and rich, but uncomfortable.
Conclusion: Mixed impressions. For lovers of luxurious interiors, it is suitable, but for a traditional American breakfast it is better to look for another place ... I admit that it is not in Balkhash.

We are from Russia, we were vacationing on Balkhash. They ate only here. Everything is very tasty: pilaf, manti, dolma shurpa, fettuccine, nuggets, fries. I would have eaten only pilaf, but I didn't have it for two days, so I managed to try other dishes. Very stylish interior.

The service is 0, the waiters do not know the composition of elementary teas, and they have no idea what salad looks like. They don't know how to talk to customers normally. And they managed to be rude, ignore the guests, look askance, make them wait a very long time. The word Spicy sometimes seems to me to be confused with the word Salty. Tea was waited for an hour, the food was brought cold, there was no influx of visitors. We served those who came after us, and this is not the first time. It was my first time here. I wouldn't have come here a second time. The dishes are not tasty, the lemonade is like a dishwashing detergent, the milkshake is not delicious. Lagman was served cold, not fresh. Even the fries are not delicious 🤯The service is disgusting. There were not many guests in the establishment, the order was carried for a long time, the waiters passed by us 100 times and none of them removed the napkins from the table, only after they were asked to do so. We ordered doners with delivery. It's very bad. The ingredients are not fresh meat and tendons instead of meat and that 's it . The delivery was waited for more than an hour. I decided to edit the review. The service is zero. I ordered it, and after a while they said that this dish was not available today. I asked to bring the menu again to change the order. I didn't get it. I sat there and lost half an hour and left. I'm not going there anymore. Change the approach to customers, change the approach to working with waiters, the administration - work on yourself too.

Хороший интерьер на этом плюсы заканчиваются
Заказали кебаб 3 штуки и ребенку картошку с котлетой и лаваш. 7 августа 18:00 столик номер 20.
Ждали минут 35. Когда наш официант стал обслуживать соседние столы и приносить им еду мы поинтересовались, а где же наш заказ?
Вот вот будет сделано убедили нас.
Принесли 3 чуть теплых кебаба. Получается их приготовили давно он уже остыл минут 20 лежал стал сухим.
Лаваш так и не принесли.
Заказ ребенка не сделали.
Вместо картошки принесли рис в конце даже не спросив возможно ли заменить. Официант сам решил что так лучше.
Качество еды на 3 балла. Качество обслуживания 2 балла.
Не советую тратить время и деньги.

Отличное заведение, огромные порции, оценка снижена за четкость обслуживания, 1нельзя усаживать гостей за неубранный стол, никогда!, 2 скорее проф замечания так как я работаю с ресторанами очень давно, салфетки не по уровню заведения, у вас серые, а также перечницы сменить бы на мельницы это прям прибавит вам шарма, меню хорошее, Официанты дружелюбные.

Заказали шашлык пережаренный по вкусу как обычные гарелые камни. Такое впечатление что маринада небыли .Лук Кисляком отдает. Позвонили сказать диспетчеру об этом, диспетчер в ответ сказал что все время такой шашлык. Извинения не дождались просто забила *** на нас. Не рекомендую это место и как доставку и как просто посидеть!

Жаль, что в последние дни отпуска узнали, что тут нормально. Еда самая лучшая (если сравнивать с другими заведениями города). Девушки и парни официанты самые нормальные, человеческий подход даже.

Заказали шашлык ,лук кисляк,хлеб как будто пропавший ,маринад отсутствует в шашлыке ,будто обычное сухое мясо ,не советую брать тут доставку,операторы вообще не в курсе где она находится,как будто с стенкой разговариваешь
