We booked a hotel because of the pool, but it turned out that it wasn't working. When we went to the hammam, we were told that we would be alone, and as a result, without warning, we brought in a group of women who were also not ready for the meeting (not everyone had swimsuits). We need to warn you. There was an outdated price list for spa services at the reception. Breakfast was included, the usual, without frills. After breakfast, there was a check-out, the manager at the reception was sleeping in a chair in the hall, I had to look for someone to give the keys to.

We rested as a couple. 1 night. Hotel in the old town. There is parking. The room is clean, there are bathrobes, the bed is comfortable. Quietly. In the morning, a rooster sings at the neighbors. The breakfast is excellent. There is a sauna, hammam, swimming pool, fitness room. The sauna is turned on on demand, it will heat up in 20 minutes. But the hamam did not work or was not turned on, because there are few guests. After walking around the city, we could not relax in the sauna, 9 Azerbaijani men were there with us. I don't know if they are guests or locals. We tried not to interfere with each other, but this is not relaxation. Here, as luck would have it.

The lobby and restaurant look beautiful, the hotel staff is friendly, they know Russian and English poorly, but they try, this is where all the advantages of this hotel ended…
Let's move on to the cons. The first thing we noticed was dirty bed linen. It all started with the fact that I noticed stains on the sheets, then we turned on the table lamp near the bed and noticed dust on it, on which several generations before us had already painted and some crumbs. By the way, everything was simple in the dust, and if you want to sleep there in peace, it's better not to turn on the light in the room at all. The bed linen was all stained on both beds. About pillows it is better to keep silent at all… There are two pillowcases on the pillows, the upper one is stained, and the pillowcase under it looks like the whole football team slept on it after a week of training, all yellow, in divorces 🤮My nerves could not stand it and I went down to the reception, after which a young man came up to our room and brought with him a basket with "clean" linen. You should have seen how many times he took the laundry out of this basket and threw it into the dirty one, because there were stains on it. When the change of bed linen was finished, I decided to check and, you won't believe it, but I found a stain on the pillowcase again, after which he took the pillow away and brought a new one.
Let's move on to the bathroom. The water pressure is good, there is hot water, but the water in the shower does not drain and you are standing ankle-deep in water, the entire bathroom floor is wet.
There was an opaque glass window in the room, through which nothing can be seen and it does not open.
Breakfast there is very poor, coffee in bags "3 b1", sausages are cooked in cellophane (judging by reviews from 2017)
I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for one night to the enemy. By the way, we were in room 17.

A very good hotel, but the staff does not speak languages, you will have to strain a little, but all this is compensated by their friendliness and empathy. A very good spa center in the hotel and an excellent restaurant and breakfast

We were in September 2019, ordered a travel agency for one night.A very pretentious hall with a grand piano, this is the end of all the chic.The floor in the shower is higher than in the room.The robes are stiff.The Internet is bad.Breakfast is normal.The hotel is located in the back of the block, with very narrow streets, the minibus did not pass...In the photo on the Internet, the fir tree found out how rich it looks.
