A wonderful place where you can get an impression of the architecture of Spain. We visited as a family, there was something to do for both adults and children (various master classes and a playground). Be sure to visit...
When you are in Barcelona, be sure to visit the Spanish village. The architectural park Museum is located on Montjuic Mountain. An open-air museum! There is a wonderful Spanish cafe on the territory of the village, where at certain hours, by booking a table, you can enjoy Spanish dancing, Spanish wine, Spanish atmosphere!
Walking through the streets of the Spanish Village – an open-air museum created 30 years ago – among the entourage of buildings and orange trees was pleasant, interesting and informative. We went there in the evening, when the July heat subsided and the crowds of tourists subsided, waiting for the show of dancing magic fountains of Montjuic. We looked at the houses of Catalan and traditional Spanish architecture, unusually decorated and originally stylized. We looked into the shops where both ordinary souvenirs and very original gizmos are on display. There are several restaurants and cafes, in one of them – Tapes Tapas – we sat down with a jug of sangria and had a great dinner with tapas, paella, squid and ice cream (after booking a table in advance, we received a pleasant 30% discount on the entire menu). It is definitely worth a look here for a couple of hours, once in Barcelona
