After complaining, the waitress left to consult with the chef, and then began to prove that the dish was cooked correctly. But it's not difficult to distinguish a ham, I can't imagine what they were counting on. I had to leave hungry.

Borscht has no taste of borscht at all. A piece of meat is beef of very average quality with fat. Pasta with salmon is not tasty at all: the fish looks like it's just fried from a jar (terribly dry, from the tail of the fish).
