A very cool one-course restaurant is Iskander. This is baked lamb with vegetables, sour cream and local flatbread. It is unexpectedly delicious, and goes well with ayran, which is immediately offered. There is also a very cool grilled eggplant salad, I do not remember what it is called, I attach a photo of it. In general, I recommend it!

An interesting one-course restaurant. There are a lot of waiters. One looks like a young Harry Potter. Visitors are even photographed with him. Fast feed.
Of the cons: They will definitely try to cheat. Which size of Iskander you do not choose. The receipt will have a maximum cost of 1.5 servings. If you are indignant, the waiters will come running and shake plates of different sizes, assuring you that they brought you in the largest plate, which means it is 1.5 servings).

A delightful place. There is only one dish - Iskander kebab, but it is so delicious that you want to lick your fingers. And what caring waiters, what kind of entourage they create around visitors is beyond praise. It's expensive, but it's worth it.
