I like the network itself. And there is always everything in the assortment, but there was a moment when I was not sold the product according to a prescription from a pediatrician, because the pharmacist did not like this dosage. They persistently offered to buy an analog. And the words that my daughter has whooping cough did not work. In the same network, but at a different address (Plekhanova, 42), a completely different attitude: the pharmacist reread the instructions of the drug, talked to the pediatrician on the phone, the medicine was sold. Dissatisfaction: be more customer-oriented, get into the situation, talk to customers.

The pharmacy is good, all medicines are always available, the cost is above the average in the city, but there are often discounts, the staff is polite and qualified, after the repair it became convenient and free.
