A normal, quite clean hotel. The four of us rented a suite, there were enough beds. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, fashionable tiles. Everything you need is there.

In one word, tin. The structure is an almost destroyed building in which cheap repairs were made. The entrance and corridors are littered with junk. Rooms are mixed with offices.
The smell in the room is terrible (I booked the best suite) - I opened the window and left for 2.5 hours to ventilate, it didn't help, I had to sleep with the window open.
It's scary to use a San node, there's nothing soap, the cheapest toilet paper, you know, one that looks like sandpaper.
Made fun of many one-time rubber sneakers, you can feel the care. The refrigerator, it is not clear why it is here, makes noise like a tractor, is included in a burnt carrier.
One plus is a fairly clean bed, although I had to tuck in the blanket myself, but if there was also a dirty bed, I would have to sleep in the car.
I understand that probably in comparison with other hotels in this city - this TOP and the cost is a penny, but the basic things: This cleanliness and safety must be ensured.

The nicest guest house in these places is always staying there. There is an excellent buffet where they cook deliciously, parekhmakhersk beauty salons, ateliers... The staff is kind and friendly and helpful.. There is a parking lot, a log cabin next to it, a guest house on Hoditsa in the very center of Derzhavinsk, there are many shops and cafes around it..
