We stayed at this hotel several times and until 2024, in principle, everything was very good. We always stayed in the basement studio (a room on the minus first floor). The room, of course, has a triple, but with access to the terrace (as a smoker, I always take a room with a balcony or a terrace)
And then the surprises began.
We checked into the wrong room that was booked (but at least we apologized for the first time). At the same time, they checked in 40 minutes later. The children were generally given a room, to put it mildly, disgusting (a la dorm of the 90s). We didn't swear, we flew home in the morning, we thought we'd survive one night. We smoked on the balcony, which, in principle, is in the order of things.
But the last booking was, frankly, puzzling.
We checked in 45 minutes later (it's normal). Basement studio was booked (screenshot attached). They checked into the wrong room that was booked and didn't even bother with explanations. They just said, "No, you just have a studio booked." But, even this is a flower ...
upon eviction, there is a fine FOR SMOKING ON THE BALCONY! Despite the fact that there are no warning signs anywhere! The question of why we need a balcony with access to the parking lot was not answered.
Tips left in the room, by the way, have never been refused.
So I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.
We drove up by taxi, the guy from the reception immediately came out, took our suitcases and brought them into the hall. There were two guys at the reception, both of them speak English clearly. We issued the documents and were escorted to the room.
Then when we went for a walk, they explained everything to us in detail and drew on the map where to go to buy a SIM card and change dollars, where shopping malls and entertainment are.
We took a room in the basement with access to the pool. As soon as you enter the room, there is a shower and a toilet, a sink right in the hallway, in the aisle. The room has not a small refrigerator, but an average one, a large bed, a wardrobe with a safe inside, a TV, a bedside table for a TV. There were 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, a shower cap, cotton swabs, soap. There were no toothbrushes. White large and small towels and yellow pool towels. The toilet does not have a strong, but persistent smell of sewage (friends lived on the 4th floor, they had no smell).
I really liked the panoramic full-length swing window, and behind it a beautiful passage with benches to the pool.
In rubles, the room cost about 5 thousand. You can buy breakfast 300 baht per person for 1 day.
Nice clean hotel. Good location. A rather large swimming pool. Responsive staff. There is a nice bar on the roof and a view of Bangkok, especially at night. There are shops and a small market nearby. Not far from the sights. Chinatown is within walking distance
