A very cozy, beautiful and clean hotel in the historical part of the city!
The metro is 5 minutes away, the most famous cathedral of Tbilisi is about the same. Nearby there are shops, markets, canteens, exchange offices 👍
The room is equipped with everything you need, snow-white linen, beautiful carved balconies - a view of the old part of the city, Mtatsminda mountain and the bridge between the buildings (it is in the photo). The area is very picturesque and green! the breakfasts in the restaurant on the 1st floor are not too varied, but they are satisfying - you will not stay hungry for sure. And also chacha is freely available right for breakfast😆
Of the disadvantages, the light in the hallway and bathroom is automatic, it does not always work. In the shower, you start washing with light several times, and end up in the dark. But these are all small things, the hotel is wonderful!

A good hotel. Not far from the city center. There are exchangers nearby, a grocery store right on the corner, the metro is within walking distance. We lived in the old building, there is still a new one. In the old one, the numbers are slightly larger in quadrature. Our breakfasts were included in the accommodation, good-quality, hearty. There was always a choice of what to eat: porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, meat, cheeses, salads, fruits, jams, homemade cakes. The breakfast room itself is very atmospheric. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
Of the cons: the Wi-Fi is always falling off and the entrance group is not very convenient - it's hard to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs (

A very cool hotel, cozy, stylish, the staff understood my broken English 😄 pomegranate fruits grow on the territory, I was here twice in August in different rooms and both rooms are beautiful, from the balcony there is a very beautiful view of Tbilisi. The breakfasts are prepared by lovely women, tasty and varied. I will be happy to come back to you again
P.S. The only jamb, the toilet broke down in our room and no one could fix the situation for us, but this is a trifle that overshadows everything else

Excellent hinkals, fresh salad, delicious beer. The price is reasonable.
According to the interior, this is not a restaurant. There is no comfort. The food is delicious. The service is slow.
It's a good place when you need to have a delicious meal of traditional Georgian cuisine without pathos.

Good time to all)
We stayed at this hotel during a 5-day trip to Georgia (with breakfast).
The room in which we lived was serviceable, clean, with a refrigerator, TV, double bed and extra.a place (a folding sofa).
The building is located in the central part of the old town. Full-fledged 5 floors for housing and something there on the 6th type of attic floor with one room. Completely renovated, well maintained. In every corner, wherever you look, there are comfortable armchairs or sofas or benches, there are carpets. On the 5th floor there is a zone to sit comfortably, admire the views under the open sky or sit and chat in a closed terrace in the same place. There is and the elevator is working properly. Breakfast was held on the territory of the "wine cellar" (ground floor): there are 2 small halls, a coffee machine with all kinds of coffee drinks from freshly ground coffee, a decanter of compote next to it, tea bags. From the hot under the dome there were cooked buckwheat, oatmeal porridge, vermicelli, sausages, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelet / casserole at the same time to choose from. On the table there are cuts with smoked, boiled sausage, cheese from pieces of salted Georgian hard cheese, olives, olives. Cottage cheese, sour cream to it, jam from persimmon / watermelon / dogwood. A couple of mayonnaise salads like olivier, carrots with nuts, ajap sandalwood. Bread - loaf or Georgian bread from tandoor. Apples, plums, grapes (I understand - seasonal) - whole. And sliced watermelons, melons. There is a bar in the same room.
The territory of the yard is small, but it is all green, even the turtle lives there. The owners of the oostinitsa came up with a bridge across the entire courtyard on the level of the second floor. It turned out very interesting - you walk at the level of the tops of plants) from the reception to the room.
The room is cleaned if you leave the key at the reception, water will not be delivered if you do not ask. The staff is friendly.

Great location, the very center of Tbilisi. Excellent breakfasts. We ate a hearty and delicious meal. The rooms are comfortably clean. Good design. What a cozy courtyard, if I come to Tbilisi again, I would really like to stay in this wonderful hotel again with its friendly, helpful staff and owner!!!

This is exactly the moment when the live inside the hotel is cooler than in the photo. There were problems with Wi-Fi in our room, with a TV and air conditioning too, the guys at the reception are always friendly, there is a refrigerator, a safe. There was no hot water in the neighboring hotel for almost 3 days (it was summer and no warmer), so even with all the problems, I liked this hotel more☺️ The breakfasts are super!!! They offered chacha)

Overall not bad, but... It's cool in the room (January). The faucet is leaking. Of the 6 bulbs, 3 were not lit. There are no dishes in the room. Fruits were bought, laid out on a piece of paper. The breakfasts are normal. The staff is moderately friendly
