Disorganized airport with misaligned data and incorrect actions shown on displays with information. A number of employees failed to even make an effort to assist.
It was quite uncomfortable to fly to Omsk with a gate closing at 14:45 and discover that check-in had already ended at 14:37.
Flightrada24 and Yandex were of no help on that flight.
The plane was running late, and everything continued as normal after check-in reopened.
A sipmle "delayed" would make the journey stress free!
Also the security check is on top floor.
There is not enough space at the airport, queues are everywhere (near entrance, registration, passport control and waiting area), service representatives need to be quick and polite.
