If I had the money, I would buy all the services, and rings and pendants and all photo formats on canvas and in frames. There are gift certificates. The procedure is very fast. Only we were stupid, we couldn't find the entrance, because there's a construction site on the street. I had a surprise certificate.by: paired A4 art portrait with an art effect worth 95 rubles.
I made an appointment (online), arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time, I was accepted, the photo was taken, and I decided not to add the art effect.
It is stated that the production time for an art portrait in an A4 frame is from 40 to 60 minutes. However, I was told that the result could only be collected in a day, and after a couple of hours I received only the electronic version.
The next day, another "surprise" awaited. According to information on the surprise website.by the price includes the framed work itself, 2 polaroid iris photos and a digital format.
As a result, they were given only a printed photo in a file (worth 60 rubles). After 10 minutes of "clarification", they gave me a photo frame (the photo is a little bigger than the frame, but they still put it in as it is and the result is a wave photo frame). The photo itself is very beautiful (it has two scratches on a black background, but this is not critical), I am completely delighted with the electronic version, and I am very unpleasant about the rest.
And yes, I still haven't received 2 polaroid photos of the iris.
Bottom line: you need to approach visiting the studio very responsibly, carefully re-read the description of the service (everything that you are promised to do), be sure to discuss all the details with the employee, and then (perhaps) You won't get into the same situation 🙂

We bought a certificate for filming. We tried to negotiate for three days, they answer for a very long time. We agreed that we will pick up the result at three o'clock in the afternoon. In the end, we came to four and still wasn't ready. The girl packed the photo into the frame for a long time and carelessly (dust and stains on a black background under the frame). We took the A3 format. They counted on a bag, but they didn't give it, or at least a piece of paper to cover the photo. On the electronic version of the photo and on the printed version, the color rendition is completely different and on the printout it is very poorly dim and in general the shades are different in one eye. As a result, for 60 rubles, the result is a complete disappointment. It makes sense to order only an electronic photo, but there is no such option.
