We rented a two-room apartment in this residential complex. Very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything from the entrance and from above. The LCD itself looks beautiful. The view from the window is very beautiful of the city, especially at night. The city center, everything is nearby, shops, restaurants. Very good location. Near the opera and Ballet theater.
