Iran hotel.
The most important thing is that it is located in the center (next to Vali Asr Square), in a quiet alley, the rooms are clean, the furniture and repairs are acceptable, you can live (a solid rating of 4), the staff is polite (but a little wild, it is clear that foreigners are rare), I can recommend it for those who are not picky and appreciate the main thing cleanliness and minimal comfort. They have breakfast for 3+, so it's up to you. It is better, of course, to have breakfast outside with this option. It is not convenient to hold meetings in the lobby, the chairs are for appearance and for no more than three people if you want to conveniently invite someone to a meeting at your place.
