From the pros: very nice staff, everyone helps, prompts, and polite in communication.
All of the advantages!
Cons: The hotel is not worth the money, I had to take a room for 4 people, although there were 3 of us. We didn't think it was scary. Entering the JUNIOR SUITE (different from the usual room in the presence of a kitchen) There were two sofas in the living room, there was no refrigerator (Although it was spelled out in the description of the room,we had to carry everything at the reception),no kettle (we were given it after our request),no second and certainly not the 3rd set of linen, 2 towels,2 travel hygiene kits, (Although the room is spelled out for 4 human)
This is not the worst thing, the worst thing is the sofas in the room, old, dirty with huge stains from some unknown substance. At the same time, when trying to straighten the sofa, we found a leg in the laundry drawer, we decided that it was comfortable there and so it should be, respectively, it did not straighten out. There is a hood, but there is no stove, it is not clear why it is there. The walls are cracked, it's scary to step into the bathroom without slippers, sometimes it smells like sewage.
You can hear absolutely everything that happens outside the door, it feels like you are in the same room with strange people.
The windows don't have a complicated opening, so it's either cold or stuffy.
There is no Wi-fi, TV does not work. The service is at the highest level, we will not return here again.
I put 3 stars only for the staff
