We had a rest with our daughter from August 22-29, 2024. We arrived at 00, we were met, quickly settled in, the room is comfortable, the bed is clean, white, without stains, holes (as some describe) 2 towels for each person + extra for the legs. Shower, gel, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Nothing is broken, everything is in working order. Conditioner. Balcony. The room was cleaned every other day. The food is varied. First, second, salad, tea, coffee, lemonades... The daughter ate everything as it was cooked, she really liked it. Many wrote in the reviews that there is nothing to eat, I refute this fact. Pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, soups, vegetables, meat (every day) these are cutlets, chicken, grilled meat... Breakfast is omelette, cereal with milk...
The pool is clean, sun beds...
The hotel staff is always smiling, if there are any questions, they will tell you. We liked everything, we didn't see any horror. The sea is across the street.

I have been vacationing at this hotel with my daughter since July 24, 2024 for 10 days. We bought a ticket, because there was a big discount 12 hours before departure.
Terrible hotel. They checked us into a room and we immediately went to the sea. We returned in the evening, sat at the bar, because only there the Internet catches, and went to the room. I almost fainted.: ALL THE BEDS WERE CRAWLING WITH ANTS!!!! It's like I'm in an anthill. I immediately went to the lobby to change our room, because you can't live in this! They didn't change anything for us! They just drove the ants away, sprayed them with some kind of chemistry! My daughter is allergic! I demanded that our room be replaced! Because in this room, the fungus is not only on the walls, but also on the shower hose! As a result, I was yelled at! They said that if I don't like it, I can leave here! They won't move me anywhere! Like, there are no places! But half the hotel was empty!!!! I said I would live by the pool then! As a result, the scandal was huge, I've never been yelled at like that! I had to call the tour operator! The ants didn't go anywhere after the poison, they were all over the bed, in the pillows, under the sheets, and they stayed! I said if they yell at me like that, I'll call the police! It all ended with the fact that the owner came, looked at the anthill and... I gave you another number!!!! And it was impossible to do that right away?!

This hotel is just the bottom! Although it is very small, it would not be difficult to keep it in a normal condition! This hotel is not all inclusive. The hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner. No more snacking. Of alcohol, only red/ white wine. Beer is $ 3 for 0.5 liters. It is easier to buy in a store for 60 liters. The food is just terrible. For tomorrow, some kind of rubber cheese, terrible soy sausage, terrible olives, sometimes they gave an omelet fried in a liter of oil, there was oatmeal porridge.
They even gave fish for lunch a couple of times. The cats didn't eat it, but no one got poisoned. Chicken in dishes in the form of giblets or terribly small pieces of bones with meat, but quite tasty. Sometimes there were over-salted nuggets. Tomatoes and cucumbers are the cheapest and tasteless. Vegetable salads of two types of cabbage. Sometimes there was onion salad, fresh and baked peppers, perfumed zucchini, eggplant. Boiled pasta. Well, all kinds of greens. They also gave me soup. The soup is ordinary Turkish, you can eat it. From fruits - one watermelon for all time. But the watermelon is delicious. There are no sweets from the word at ALL! Only sugar is sweet! The coffee is disgusting, the tea is quite tolerable. The bar has local soda and something like yuppie.
For dinner, what's left of lunch.
The food is so meager that by the end of the vacation you start to love bread and water. I noticed that many people ate like this: some vegetables, water and 6 pieces of bread.
But the entire staff, the hotel owner and his entire family, including his little daughter, eat from the same "table". So eat boldly - there will be no food poisoning. There have never been French fries! Potatoes are generally problematic in this hotel. But there are no problems with cabbage)))).
Rooms! These are not numbers! This is a doghouse combined with a furniture warehouse. The furniture stands in such a way that the cabinets do not open. So this is exactly the warehouse. The furniture is 50 years old or even more. The walls are mildewed, there are no sockets, at most one and the same in the most inconvenient place! Mattresses and pillows are torture elements! It's impossible to sleep! Bungalows are something like our trailers lined with siding. THE Internet DOES NOT CATCH MONEY ANYWHERE! During the hours when everyone gathers at the canteen (you can't call it a restaurant), there is no Internet at all! Learn how to distribute Internet from your phone to buy one for two!
The cleaning is terrible! I found out about the cleaning by the empty trash can! Bed linen and towels have not been changed once in 10 days! Moreover, I heard how the cleaner discussed me, they say, I made a scandal, complained everywhere, now a check can come here and the owner will get it! That I am not grateful, because what else do I need when there is a sea and there is a place to sleep! Although she is clearly not sleeping in the anthill. The cleaners there are two women from Ukraine.
The description of the hotel says that there is a playground. THERE IS NOTHING THERE! There is NOTHING for children: no food, no pool, no playground, no animation! nothing!
It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. The sea is GORGEOUS!!!! There are no words. Warm, clean! But you need slippers! Sun beds are chargeable if you stay all day. If you come and go and take things away, then they won't take money from you. The beach is dirty, the umbrellas are broken, besides they are braided, so they protect themselves from the sun.
Next to the Bim hotel, where you can buy something delicious, but there is no alcohol. There are several cafes that are quite decent. There are all kinds of stalls, but I do not advise you to take anything: everything is expensive, the quality is so-so. All this can be bought on WB or ozone.
In general, it is a very boring village. I do not advise you to come for more than a week. But the sea is just GORGEOUS!
In general, this hotel does not pull more than 2 *. This is not a three! This is terrible! I especially do not advise with children - you will splurge on cafes, because there is nothing to feed the child, well, there is nothing in the hotel or near the hotel, and the entrance to the sea is rocky - not for children.

The holy place with the loud name "restaurant" resembles the eatery "Uncle Ashot's" at the last shabby train station at the final stop of the conditional city of Zadripinsk! If this "hotel" was the first place I stayed in Turkey, I would most likely never return to this country, because the impression is completely ruined. I don't understand where 3* comes from, except maybe 3 out of 10. The level is more like a roadside motel.
An unfriendly Turk who speaks neither Russian nor English met at the reception. He didn't really explain anything. Our room has not been cleaned once in a week, even the garbage has not been disposed of! You don't even have to try to hang a sign on the door. Apparently, because there was a third floor, maybe things are different on the ground floor.
Stained bed linen, leaky towels with rust stains. They refused to replace it, they said that they change the linen every 4 days. Needless to say, we did not wait for this...
The furniture is ancient, worn, a shelf and hooks fell off in the bathroom (which is one for the entire bathroom). The plumbing is all rusty. Wi-Fi and a safe are paid, but there was absolutely no desire to pay extra for something besides what was already invested in this place.
The food is meager: cucumber, tomato and cucumber with tomato are considered three different dishes here. Instead of meat, there are offal and something like a souffle, which even local cats do not want to eat. However, the choice of side dishes is generally not bad. But there is neither sweet nor fruit, except for unsweetened watermelon. The drinks are generally not bad.
The territory is not particularly well maintained, there are no flowers. Only what does not need to be watered often survives.
The pool became muddy over time, but no one did anything about it.
And the cherry on the cake: constant power outages in the evenings! Even with a minimum of working appliances, there is a risk of knocking out the plugs by plugging a charger or an ancient TV into an outlet. The record is about 15 blackouts per evening. At least thank you for fixing it promptly. This way you can make sure that everything in this hotel is ancient, including even the wiring.
Of course, there is no beach of its own, as well as bracelets. In July 2024, they charged 100 liras for one chaise longue.
The sea and mountains are beautiful, the water is crystal clear and very warm, but this is not the merit of the hotel. Ipsos is doing everything to make sure that you don't want to come back here. We did not expect the level of five stars, but also such disrespectful attitude towards the guests. It seems that almost all the staff does not even try to do their job efficiently.
I would put 1.5* only for drinks, the presence of a swimming pool and local charming seals.
I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't come back myself.

We rested there with our daughter at the end of June 2023. Positive: beautiful nature, friendly staff, speaking Russian, will always help and prompt.
The diet consists mainly of vegetables in different variations. I don't really want meat in the heat, so we were satisfied. Daily room cleaning.
Cons: the furniture needs a little repair in some places, but this is not critical.
In general, the hotel offers a quiet and relaxing stay.

By location, the hotel is a five-minute walk from the sea. A very beautiful place at the foot of the mountains. We were given a bungalow, although we had a standard room in our reservation. In the bungalow, everything fell off in the shower: the towel rack, the shower holder. The TV is the same as we had in the 90s, and it doesn't show. The Internet is paid. The rooms were cleaned by a woman from Ukraine, cleaned well. Very responsible. The food was purely for vegetarians, meat and fish were only once a week. The staff itself is good, only the manager or whatever his name is, named Jem, is a strange type, when you check in, he is friendly, and when you leave, he pretends that he does not want to know. And I'm not averse to hitting on the female sex at work. And so, in general, the sea and good people (but not all :)) we blocked all the disadvantages. By the way, there are a lot of tourists and refugees from Ukraine. They settle Russians next to Ukrainians. Last year they didn't put up in the same hotel, but this year they are. But there were no conflicts. In general, the rest is a very positive experience.

Essentially: there are rooms in a 3-storey building and in trailers. It all resembles the guest houses of the Krasnodar Territory and the Crimea. The yard is clean and orange trees. We had a room in the trailer. In the courtyard where the pool is. The room is clean inside. Bed, wardrobe, bedside table, table, TV and air conditioning. A comfortable mattress, clean white bed linen, towels are gray and stained in places. The air conditioner worked perfectly. In the bathroom, all plumbing is new, the water pressure is excellent, there is hot water, the drain also works perfectly. There was liquid soap and shower gel. A working hair dryer.
The room was cleaned daily, we sometimes refused. Two adults, we don't litter.
By food: lunches and dinners are normal, simple, balanced: one type of hot (cutlets, chicken, bony fish, chicken liver, sometimes nuggets), side dish (pasta, potatoes, stewed vegetables, bulgur, chickpeas), and a lot of salads. Bread, watermelon. Tea, coffee, powdered juices, wine in plastic cups without restrictions from 12 to 20.30. But breakfast is not very good: one day omelet and porridge, plus vegetables, cheeses; the other day sausage or sausages in tomato paste, vegetables, cheeses, porridge is not. In general, they save eggs for some strange reason. It would be normal if the days alternated with an omelette and ordinary boiled eggs. And it's more economical than weird sausages. But no, even if you go and ask them to boil an egg, they blink their eyes and pretend they don't understand.

There are dryers in the yard, but not all of them are good, many are broken and rusty. We were stringing a string in orange trees (rope and clothespins always travel with us).
Another strange moment is that the music in the bar is constantly screaming. They don't make it a little loud for the background, they twist it at full power. You're sitting at a table and you can't hear each other.
The neighbor's rooster crowed, but did not interfere with sleep.
The pool in the courtyard is clean, with pleasantly cool water (this is especially important in the August heat).

Drying clothes on ropes and rusty dryers-the clothes were ruined!!!! the staff is friendly, but there is no chef here! a couple of grumpy Russian-speaking women (from the USSR for sure). I do not know what people liked there, it's just a hell of a boarding house. For that kind of money, just NOTHING is included.
Wi-Fi is paid, and it catches only in the yard near a certain tree, there is no question of the Internet in the room. The safe is paid. The food was disgusting, I had to eat in a cafe, they never gave me meat, there was fish, and then canned, stewed with potatoes. Alcohol is given out strictly at certain hours (a total of 3 hours a day), the staff is rude, everyone just doesn't care about you. THERE is NOT EVEN TOOTHPASTE AND SOAP (I am generally silent about shampoos and shower gels). They don't have their own place on the beach, they have to pay for deck chairs.
There is no beer, only powdered wine, gin and vodka. Everything is given out strictly by half a glass in 1 hand. There was no smell of a mini bar in the room, although everything was in the description. There are ants everywhere, the room is meter by meter, all the linen is stained, they gave a leaky bedspread without a duvet cover. To make the water in the shower warm, you need to run it for 20 minutes. There is also a so-called lunch box in the photo. It's a good thing we didn't take it with us on the tour, because compared to other 3-star hotels, people there had a full hearty breakfast. And that's what they put for us))))) Well, it's not a hotel, I don't understand why people are still being sent there. We didn't expect anything great, but we weren't ready for such squalor either.

I went for 9 nights in June 2021. Overall, I really liked everything. The food is delicious, a bunch of salads every day, meat for lunch / dinner, several types of snacks, cheeses, usually watermelon and some sweet oriental dumplings made of semolina soaked in syrup are given for dessert. The room is cleaned daily (garbage is taken out, the floor is washed), including antiseptic cleaning, as well as the common areas are constantly wiped. Rooms are available both in the houses on the ground floor and in the three-storey building. The staff is friendly, everyone except the cleaners understands Russian well, and it's understandable - 95% of the vacationers are ours. There is a Russian-speaking girl working at the reception. A quiet, peaceful hotel in the depths of the village for a measured rest. Two blocks to the sea. There are free sun beds and an awning on the coast.

We flew from Moscow, Sheremetyevo in the evening on a Boeing 777 plane, a terrible plane: the seats are very small, we flew 4-5 hours, only water from all the service!!!! No drinks, no tea or coffee, no blanket, no food! Although as it turned out later, food could be ordered for a lot of money when buying a ticket! In short, if you want to feel like a jerk, fly the planes of this company :(! But as it turned out, these were "tops", then on arrival the "roots" went. We arrived in Antalya, we were sent to the transfer bus at the information desk. We found him, sat down, waited for the rest of the passengers, a type of "guide" from pegasus appeared, told the driver something in Turkish, told us that there would be 5 hotel arrivals and ... left! KARL, some people have come for the first time, at least you would explain to them what is going on, in a foreign country, with foreign laws!!! But the "seeds of irritation" from the pegasus company did not end there. As soon as we started and drove off a short distance, the driver was asked to return by phone. It turns out that they and the "guide" or the "guide" himself, who did not bother to check everyone, left a client at the airport who did not understand where she was hanging around!!! We lost another half hour of time. But it didn't end there. It turns out that upon arrival in Beldibi, the driver did not know where the hotels were located, and did not know the Russian language!!! Until I opened the map and poked his nose along the route, he drove past our hotel (3!) three times. He was also a bastard and balked like - I know everything myself, don't tell me! That's how the acquaintance with the Suction hotel happened, oh, I was sealed with the Ipsos hotel)))
Since we arrived at night, we couldn't really see anything. At the reception, the administrator asked for a GOOD room, his wife immediately presented him with 200g. A chocolate bar. When the room was opened, there was a slight shock 0_0! All the furniture from the 70s, the closet creaked and tried to fall apart! The upper section of the bedside table hardly moved, the balcony door opened with such a creak that it was possible to wake up the neighbors on the floor, the shower stall in the bathroom was dead and dirty, there was no soap, shampoo and gel, respectively, instead of all this there was a dispenser with some kind of liquid (as it later turned out, something like liquid soap) There is another dispenser in the shower with a different color of liquid. The whole room required major repairs, because something was constantly falling off and there were pieces of plaster and sand on the floor. There was one outlet behind the sofa, which included a TV with two channels, and an outlet in the toilet for a hair dryer. But as it turned out later, it was still a good option, friends who met there had worse numbers. On cleaning, I will say that they cleaned in 10 days — once, and then at my request when we left for a whole day on an excursion to the "Turkish Maldives" (I recommend the tour — $ 20 per person), the garbage was taken out every other day, the ashtray was never shaken out from the balcony and in my opinion they did not even go on the balcony Not once. Room no. 212 if anything)). Yes, there is one more nuance in the room and on the balcony there is not a single chair, there was one upholstered ottoman. So if you still decide to go there, take with you: soap, tee, extension cord, vodka or whiskey (depending on what you prefer) a towel, smoked sausage (it does not spoil without a refrigerator) and connect roaming, because Wi-Fi is paid there — $ 2 per day and then not far from the reception.

Food... there is. There is not much choice, but if you are not an aesthete, it is quite edible. The soups were good (honestly)! For vegans, this is the best thing, but if you are a normal person and you want meat, bring it with you as I wrote above. Well, or go to some cafe and eat there. We didn't starve, but we didn't feast either. Drinks... That's where the tin is! You can only have them from 8-00 to 21-30. Fanta, sprite and cola, as well as crayfish, gin, vodka and wine are given only at lunch and dinner, alcohol is poured into the bottom of a glass, like if you want to feel like an alcoholic or a nonentity, come every time for a new portion of 30mg. The bartender is a guy, he also has to clean up the shit from the tables, he behaves too brazenly behind the bar. At first I wanted to present him with a bottle of Russian vodka, but at the end of the rest he ruined his reputation by trying to humiliate him with his antics by pouring 30mg of alcohol into a cup! After eating, vacationers take the dishes off the tables themselves! Although the manager himself confirmed that this is not necessary! The chef is a good guy, he cooks almost out of nothing. Since what's left from yesterday can be on the table today! 2 times I came across sour tomatoes and lettuce from them. So everything that is flavored abundantly with mayonnaise is not the fact that it is fresh.
Now about the sea. It wasn't far to the sea before, but after the beach area was blocked, you have to go around another whole block both in one direction and in the other. Sun beds are paid, with a 15 t/L bracelet without a 25 t/L bracelet per day. The bracelet is at the reception. The beach itself is pebbly, there are a lot of boulders in the sea, I advise you to buy "corals" in them it is more convenient to walk along the beach and swim in the sea. I would like to leave a review about ipsos hotel. I had a rest with my husband from June 6 to 15, I really liked everything, the homely atmosphere, friendly staff, the sea is nearby, we didn't eat about food, meat in four stars. The dishes are simple, dietary, but it should be noted that they are cooked very tasty and always left well-fed from lunches and dinners. The bar opened from 9 a.m., there were those who sat at the bar until the evening and did not give anyone a drink, as many write. Beer is paid, 3 dollars 1 liter, fresh cold is very tasty, the rooms were offered to be cleaned every day, we ourselves refused. WI-FI is paid, only downstairs in the recreation area and the bar. It wasn't a big pool that we didn't swim in, but people were sunbathing and swimming. In the evening after dinner, everyone gathered, rested, drank, danced, even the staff and cleaners and kitchen workers, older people, very cool in a family way. I am writing this review so that people choosing this hotel do not swear and do not read stupid reviews that we ourselves have read before. And if I have to go again, I would go to Ipsos. Minus one, screaming cocks at 2 a.m., so take earplugs with you.

Ipsos Hotel. we had a family vacation with children. anex tour brings tourists, all the guests are Russian-speaking, as well as the hotel staff. the rooms are very simple, the equipment of the rooms, I would say, is modern. there is a three-storey residential building with about 40 rooms and bungalow pavilions. despite the simplicity of the decoration, we were comfortable here. the room has air conditioning, TV, shower, balcony with mountain view. a separate enclosed courtyard with a 5x12m swimming pool with sun beds. a separate courtyard garden with a bar, tables and tennis near the dining room. everything is included. the bar is free from 9 to 21. to the sea 5-10min.walk. The price-quality ratio is pretty good. the only significant drawback is the lack of air conditioning / ventilation in the dining room, so we always had lunch at tables in the garden.

After reading the reviews about this hotel, to be honest, it was a little scary to go.When we checked in, we immediately calmed down!The hotel is wonderful, cozy, the guys at the reception are very friendly, speak Russian, there were no problems in communication.The room is clean, everything you need is there:air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer, lots of cupboards,bedside tables, a bunch of towels, a very good shower and toilet.We were fed to the brim, very tasty, juices, water, wine in the bar without restriction. Once again, all the staff are very friendly and helpful!The sea is very close, the sea is amazing, clean, and I really liked the village!In general, for a little money we had a wonderful rest!

We stayed at this hotel with my sister from 07.09 to 09/19/2018. For the first time in Turkey. A quiet, cozy hotel. The staff is friendly, the administrator solves all issues that arise, the rooms are clean, towels, bed linen are changed on time, the food, although simple, is very tasty! Thanks to the cook! During the rest, we watched more than once how compatriots threw a scandal at the hotelier..... here I want to ask: Gentlemen, what did you come here for? Should I eat meat at the hotel or still at the sea?))))) I liked everything! Ants in the shower, old furniture. The first day there was no hot water, but we went to the reception and fixed everything. A small beautiful area with an orange garden, clean everywhere. The room is cleaned every day. Food without baking, more for vegetarians. I really didn't like that they didn't give me a lunch box if you take a tour outside the hotel. In general, it's worth a C, but next time we'd better find another option.

It's just a tin can. Don't go there. A complete disappointment. This hotel has ruined everyone's opinion of the country. There was no hot water in our room, and in the end I stopped flushing the toilet. Some rooms had mold due to lack of ventilation. The pillow is stuffed with cotton, it is not possible to sleep. I'm not talking about ants at all. Of the few advantages, this is a view of the mountains, more or less delicious food, the sea is close. But this will not even half cover all the lawlessness that is happening there. And most importantly, absolutely everyone complains. In general, if you want a normal vacation, DON'T SET FOOT THERE, GO AROUND 100,500 KILOMETERS
