The bank itself is not bad, but the work with clients in the utility payment department is very poorly thought out. The room is very small, and there are a lot of people. I would like to transfer "international transfers" and "exchange office" to the main building so that the bank's customers do not jostle, but apparently the bank manager does not look at the surveillance cameras at all and does not see what is happening.
