The bank is good and the service is excellent, BUT there are always HUGE queues, I always spend 2 hours just waiting to visit the bank, and this makes me very upset! I don't want to change the bank, BUT I'll probably have to because of the waiting!

Terrible queues. Half of the operators are not sitting still. They'll even just put their jacket on a chair and drink tea or coffee themselves. How many times have I come and been disappointed so many times
