Ipoteka-Bank is a joint—stock commercial bank founded in April 2005 through the merger of Zaminbank and Uzzhilsberbank in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PP-10 dated 02/16/2005. Initially, the bank was focused on the introduction of mortgage lending and housing finance, providing preferential long-term loans and supporting developers. Over time, Ipoteka Bank has expanded its range of services, becoming a universal financial institution offering a full range of banking products for private and corporate clients. Its branch network includes 40 branches throughout Uzbekistan.  The positive sides: • Mobile app: For the convenience of customers, the bank has developed a mobile application that allows you to manage accounts and conduct transactions remotely. Some users note that the application makes interaction with the bank more comfortable. * Qualified staff: There are reviews in which clients positively assess the professionalism of the staff who are ready to help in solving any issues.  The negative sides: • High interest rates on loans: Some customers complain about the high interest rates on credit products, considering them excessively burdensome. Queues and slow service: Many users complain about long waiting times in queues and slow service at bank branches, especially highlighting the Mirabad branch.

It is impossible to get through to the phone numbers listed on the site, the queue starts at 90, then reaches 1, and again throws it around to 90. There is also a link on the site "Leave an appeal to the Chairman of the Bank", when you click on it, they simply transfer it to the website of the Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The helpline is the same number as the bank's general telephone number :-) which you will not be able to answer.

Before OTP came, it was a horror. There are queues in any department, you don't understand what kind of service, wandering around different departments, sometimes almost rudeness on the part of the staff. The customer experience is at zero.

Hello, the bank administration, I hope my review will be read In the Samarkand main bank there is always a long queue, even to get interest on deposits you need to sit for an hour and a half. Is it really impossible to organize a separate window for depositors ? Your employees are not interested in working with depositors. I think that's what many people think.

Disgusting branch staff on an electric machine. They work very slowly, dragging their time: the soldier is asleep, the service is on. We waited in line for 2 hours to receive the Golden Crown transfer. They did not receive it, they put out the remaining 5 people. It's a disgrace. An email was entered.the queue, but what for if they serve outside the room? Of the five ticket offices, only 3 were working! The rest of the cashiers walk for 10-15 minutes. It's ugly! Disappointed!

A terrible bank! Online application acceptance, online banking does not work. I applied for a visa card, I received it, but I can't pay online there. It turns out that you need to apply separately to activate online transactions, again for money, they do not inform you about this in advance. In general, the bank is terrible!!!
