To receive a transfer to a non-resident, you need to open an account, which is opened within 5 working days, the money is credited to the account, it will not be issued in the currency at the cash desk, you need to transfer this money to a card account, then only withdraw it from an ATM with a commission, in other banks they can withdraw it in the currency at the cash desk in 10 minutes. The exchange rate at the bank and at ATMs is different, and at ATMs between districts too, no one can answer the question of why. Withdrawing from the bank's ATMs from your own card is a commission. Compared to the average bank in Kazakhstan, this is a disaster!
